Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und fast jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Den Pool und die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr praktisch waren die Garage und die Stellplätze vorm Haus. Wir würden wiederkommen und können das Haus für eine größere Gruppe empfehlen.

I don’t know where to begin… this has to be easily be one of the best airbnbs I’ve done. Hosts are brilliant; easy to communicate with and super friendly. The space itself matches the photos, the pool and jacuzzi are heated which is amazing as you can never trust the weather. The jacuzzi is also probably one of the best features, super impressive! Everything was top notch. A big thank you to the hosts 🩷

Es war wirklich sehr schön bei Natalia, sie war sehr freundlich, ebenso ihr mann. Die Lage war ziemlich zentral nur 20 min in die Innenstadt mit der Bahn oder dem Uber. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig! Der Pool war das Highlight bei unseren Temperaturen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kornelie vermietet nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sie vermietet ein Zuhause. Von Anfang an hat einfach alles gepasst: - Persoenlicher Check-In mit Erklaerung von allen notwendigen Dingen - Sie hat individuelle Wuensche erfuellt - Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand - Ausstattung koennte nicht besser sein, besonders in der Kueche. Ausserdem extra Bettwaesche und viele Handtuecher. - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation vor und waehrend des Aufenthalts Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Familie kommt und laenger bleiben moechte. Es gibt in 2-3 Fussminuten einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Fussballtoren und Basketball Korb. Wir haben einen Fussball und Basketball dort gelassen fuer die kommenden Gaeste. Katerina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns persönlich begrüßte und im wunderschönen, idyllischen Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten herumführte. In der Wohnung fanden wir etwas zu trinken und frische Blumen aus dem Garten vor. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und gemütlich. Und im Schlafzimmer ist es sehr ruhig. Man hört nur die Vögel und gelegentlich den Regen. Das Viertel ist ruhig und doch lebendig zwischen zwei Parks. Ein sehr nettes Café und eine tolle Bäckerei befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn für mehrere Linien in alle wichtigen Richtungen ist nur 300 Meter entfernt. Die meisten wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Eine ideale Lage, wenn man ein bisschen mehr Zeit zur Verfügung hat.

Eine sehr schöne, stylische und äußerst saubere Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt, Zucker, Salz, Gewürze, Tee, alles da, sogar Kaffeekapseln und Spülmaschinekapseln. Genug Toilettenpapier, Fön, Vergrößerungsspiegel, Seife… Mehrere Schlafkissen zur Auswahl, bequemes Bett. Und die Terasse ist ein Traum. Perfekte Lage, in der Nähe Lebensmittelladen Albert, Metro wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Unser Auto blieb in der Tiefgarage. Václav war sehr freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit, wir können ihn von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wonderful place to stay! The private house is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood — perfect for those looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vlakbij metro, trams, supermarkten en bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement is volledig. Het dekbed mag wel iets groter (die is net zo groot als het bed zelf, waardoor je ‘s nachts nog wel eens aan het dekbed moest trekken om deze terug te krijgen van je partner 😉).

I was in town for a conference in Forum Karlín. The apartment was great and walking distance from it. It is also a quiet area, which made having a restful night easy. It is a good size for 2 persons. Stepan sent plenty of wonderful suggestions and was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay in Prague with my girlfriend at this Airbnb on Spálená Street! The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore all the main sights on foot or by public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. Our host, Krste, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment. Jana was very communicative and helpful offering us recommendations and flexibility for us to drop our bags off before the apartment was ready. Apartment is very close to bus and tram stops which made getting into central Prague very easy. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Our second stay in this immaculate, superbly furnished penthouse with very large terrace with panorama. A generous supply of coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets were the icing on the cake!

Hostitelska Karolína milá a komunikativní. Byt odpovídá popisu i fotkám. Byt byl čistý, voňavý a dobře vybavený. Dostupnost do 02 arény, metra, obchodního centra a parku. Do centra Prahy do 10 minut městskou dopravou. Určitě doporučuji. Na podzim se učitě znova ubytuji.

we hadden een plotseling besluit genomen om naar Praag te gaan. Deze plek was perfect. goed te bekijken, ruim, alles wat je nodig hebt. goede bedden. Heel groen er rustig, vanuit het dakraam kan je de stad zien. Super vriendelijke én flexibele host. En van uit dit huis ben je zo in de oude stad. Een aanrader!!!

Die beste Airbnb Wohnung in der wir je waren! Sehr groß, schön dekoriert und sauber! Wir waren 8 Tage dort und sind mehr als zufrieden. Besonders hat uns gefallen - kostenloser Garagenstellplatz (eng, aber mit Übung machbar) - Aufzug, gerade wenn man schwere Koffer/Einkäufe zu tragen hat - bequemes Bett - viele Handtücher& Bettwäsche - Waschmaschine & Trockner Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder :). Vielen Dank Stella und Phil für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Alloggio accogliente situato nella periferia di Praga al piano terra di un grosso complesso residenziale, con tutto il necessario per poter passare qualche giorno nella città. Pur essendo una zona non trafficata, c'è un po' di rumore, ma durante il nostro soggiorno nulla ha pregiudicato il nostro riposo. Nell'edificio è disponibile una lavanderia (si può pagare con carta), a pochi passi c'è un'ottimo ed economico ristorante ceco, a circa 700 metri è disponibile la metro che permette di accedere alla città facilmente in circa 15-20 minuti e dietro l'edificio è possibile parcheggiare la propria auto gratuitamente. Poco fuori dall'accesso principale è disponibile un alimentari, anche se vale la pena camminare 200 metri per trovare la LIDL. La reception è attiva 24 ore su 24, pertanto il check-in è estremamente flessibile. Adam si è dimostrato celere e disponibile nel rispondere alle nostre domande.

L’appartamento era ottimo, piccolino ma super ordinato, la cucina era super attrezzata anche per cucinare qualcosa. A 5 minuti dall’appartamento c’è la metro che in pochissime fermata ti porta al centro, quindi posizione ottima. La zona era tranquilla e silenziosa. Hana è stata super gentile e carina, ci ha sempre risposto subito e era disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Check-in comodissimo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e abbiamo passato una vacanza stupenda!

Stayed in this apartment for a week and we absolutely loved it, if I lived in Prague I’d wanna live there. Tram and metro right round the corner, lovely eateries down the whole high street. Apartment was huge loved the bed with two duvets, TV and fully operational kitchen, lovely shower and the Air conditioning was AMAZING! Would recommend Jakubs apartment to family and friends as worth the price and the communication from Jakub was the best I’ve ever experienced. Helped with travel and replies very fast. We actually got a text off Jakub when we were at the airport that we had left some souvenirs behind and it’s brilliant to know the cleaner didn’t just pick them up and leave, that she actually contacted Jakub who could then follow that onto us. So so trusting and now we are waiting for them to be sent to us which is another amazing thing that Jakub is doing for us! When we come back to Prague we will definitely be staying at one of Jakubs apartments Thank you for everything Jakub!!

This is by far the best place I’ve been in Airbnb. Totally worth. You have everything you need inside and further, everything here is brand new, from the building to the linen, and everything is high quality, even the shampoo is high-end. The clean was perfectly done. The host team is very kind. You have a laundry in the building (paid). It is maybe a bit far from the centre (20 min) but Praha is very well connected so the distance is not noticeable, lots of tram/bus connections near. There is a very new mall just one station distance in tram, with a lot of shopping, food and supermarket. This is one of those place you feel you could live forever, this is top top top. This is those place where you think you could live forever, a super top place to stay.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Er werd heel fijn met ons meegedacht door de host. Tips en restaurants om te doen. En we kregen de mogelijkheid om onze koffers nog even te laten staan omdat we een late vlucht hadden. Vriendelijke communicatie ook voorafgaand aan het verblijf! Overal was aan gedacht!

Obwohl es für mich eine Geschäftsreise war, habe ich die Zeit in Prag und in Dan's Apartment sehr genossen. Insbesondere wenn man mit dem Auto nach Prag kommt ist die Tiefgarage Gold wert. Die Beschreibungen des Check-In als auch des Check-Out Prozesses war einfach und perfekt verständlich erklärt. Wann immer ich Dan kontaktiert habe, gab es schnell eine freundliche Rückantwort. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön, sauber und modern ausgestattet und macht es einem sehr leicht sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Im Erdgeschoss des gleichen Hauses gibt es einen Lidl, eine Drogerie und sogar eine Apotheke. D.h. man hat alles in kürzester Distanz was man braucht - besser geht es fast nicht. Wann auch immer ich meinen nächsten längeren Aufenthalt in Prag plane, werde ich ganz sicher wieder das Apartment von Dan zu buchen. Danke @Dan! :)

Petra hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns gute Tipps gegeben ☺️ Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Am Abreisetag, hatte Petra uns zudem auch einen späteren check-out angeboten, da am selben Tag keine neuen Gäste in die Unterkunft kamen. Das war sehr freundlich.
