It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets and no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guest.

This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.

The open living area features a comfortable blue sofa and modern furnishings, with a large window revealing ocean views. A kitchen island with a granite countertop provides additional space, while a 50" TV is mounted on the wall. Soft lighting creates a cozy ambiance.

Absolutely a great stay. We had everything we needed. The house was well stocked for a weekend stay. We loved the screened in patio even tho it was very hot out, there was always a nice breeze and no nats. The lake and the neighborhood were nice extras.

The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed adorned with a colorful patterned quilt. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room and offer stunning views of the turquoise Gulf waters. A private balcony with two chairs and a table is visible just outside.

Fred and Rene’s place was perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! It was extremely clean and had a cozy feel. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops, which was a plus with heavy vehicle traffic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!
