Very nice and well-kept apartment. In addition, the apartment is super well-stocked for every kind of need, nothing is really missing...like being at home. The area is very quiet and pleasant, you need to be equipped with cars to access the beaches. Yannis was a discreet host but he didn't miss anything, in addition to the kindness and courtesy, really nice. For fairness, only as useful information for those who evaluate, it should be noted that the backyard is nice, but not connected to the apartment, you have to go out on the street and walk around the house, in fact it is not a problem, but the photos do not understand it. Finally, the air conditioner is only located in the room that acts as a kitchen + living room and not in the bedroom, being still very powerful, you can also cool the latter room, if you leave with necessary advance notice.

We had a wonderful stay there. The location of the house is right in the heart of the ancient Medieval village of Mesta. Tania and her son Vassili were very welcoming, always prompt in their responses and eager to assist. It felt like visiting a family member. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

A lovely stone house, newly renovated, in the medieval old town of Kalamoti. The 1-bedroom house is spacious, has a full kitchen, and a pretty little outdoor sitting area in the back. With its thick stone walls, the house was very cool, even when it was very hot outside. Parking is very easy, and the house is just a 1 minute walk away. Dimitris is quick to respond to all messages, and it was nice to be welcomed in person on arrival. Kalamoti is well located--a short drive to visit the various Masticha villages, and only 3 kms from Komi beach, 5 kms from Mavra Volia. The most magical part of staying in Dimitris's place though is stepping out the front (or back) door for evening walks through the streets of the ancient town.

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!

First of all, we thank Ms. Tuğçe, she is a very caring and hospitable person, she made local suggestions and was in constant contact with us. The location was very central, within walking distance to everywhere in the town area, we had everything we needed, we were pleased with our stay and even recommended a couple we met during our holiday their Airbnb residences😊

I booked this for my elderly parents, the host and his family were extremely kind and generous with their help. Chios is a magical place, made more so by the wonderful people there. House was small and perfect for what my parents wanted.

We had a wonderful stay with my family. The house is a traditional Greek home but was very clean. The location is perfect for those seeking the true island experience with calm and peace. The sea is very close, the town itself is small but lovely and you can find everything. Hospitality was great, they were helpful with every need. Had amazing homecooked meals at the restaurant as well.

Mr. Uğur was definitely helpful with everything and provided communication openly. We were able to reach him very quickly at any time. The house was clean and tidy and everything was available enough. We had a pleasant holiday. Thank you!

We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of the stay, and he provided quick and solution-oriented responses to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone call, her sincere and friendly voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we have a house in Çeşme that we will come back to:) Everywhere was spotless, sparkling clean, smelled like cleanliness:) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect. It was a very nice and very thoughtful gesture of Ms. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while seeing us off. We thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother Ms. Sebiha again for everything.

The house was very clean and tidy. Although we saw that the pool was smaller than it looked in the photo when we first entered, it was a pool for eight people. Even while chatting at the pool at a normal level at noon, the neighbor next door started to watch us behind the fence and expressed that he complained about our voice in an unstable way. Although we try not to wear it much, I can say that it hit our fun for a short time. But other than that, the house was very satisfying. There were enough kitchen utensils, TV, internet, air conditioning. We didn't manage to turn on the hot water, but there was no problem in the heat of summer. It was a nice choice to enjoy as a group. It is five minutes walk to the super market. You can easily take care of any needs around you by car.

Our vacation was very nice. Ms. Neriman was very interested . We had all the needs in the house. The pool and house were clean . We want to go again in September

I was looking for a place for the weekend with my family. It was the perfect place for all of us, comfortable, cozy and homelike. Caglar was attentive from the beginning of the reservation, gave clear instructions, facilitated everything we had needed. The neighbors were really friendly. The beach close to the house eas was really clean, suitable for children. Hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

We were satisfied with Ms. Nazan and Mr. Arda in terms of communication and information, it was good in general. 10-15 min walk to the beach, 5 min by car. No parking problems.

Modern apartment very close to the port and everything you may need. Some hiccups with the wifi, but that will hopefully be fixed soon. We'd gladly stay here again next time we're in Chios.

A nice and unusual place, the neighbors are very friendly. In April, it is still cool in the house in the evening, but it was very easy to heat. On site, we were warmly welcomed by George.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. Very nice place to stay! Clean and quiet with adequate space. In close proximity to the town center with many places to visit and things to do. Dimitris and Helene, who welcomed us, were kind, helpful and kept themselves available throughout our stay. Highly recommended! Thank you both!

Our host greeted us with a smile. The house was very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. All our needs were taken care of. The house is located in a garden with olive trees. It was very enjoyable to listen to the sounds of birds. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed that balcony. In addition, the host's treat basket prepared specifically for Chios Island was a very thoughtful detail.❤️ We had a very pleasant stay for four people. Since we went with our own vehicle, we had no difficulty in reaching the center and other touristic areas. There was a safe parking space for the car in the garden of the house. We also had no problems with hot water. We didn't come across any items that didn't work at home. If it was our 👏🏻 own house, we wouldn't be praising it so much 😅

Marianna has created a beautiful getaway in the most beautiful village of Chios. All the interior was made with love for detail. There was nothing additional we would wish for. She is a great host very proactive and super kind. We want to thank her a lot for the time we spent in her.place.

Fantastically located above the bay of Karfas, surrounded by nature, nestled in beautiful meadows. The house itself furnished with a sense of detail in traditional Greek style. Children's toys for the beach (easily accessible on foot) are also available. If you want to get away from it all, if you are looking for the original, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful time!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.
