Calender open for super deals on weekly Summer rentals 2026. Lovely space! 2 queen bdrm unit decorated with coastal charm, each with a door to the outside. Make-shift kitchen with microwave, small fridge, stoked Keuring coffee and tea bar, shared patio cooking area, bbq grill, fantastic view, beach items, plenty of parking, very quiet, out of the way of everything, super laid back host living in the other portion of the house. There is no living room. Labradors and cats on premises, ponies too!

Assateague Island National Seashore

Hop east from Chincoteague over a small stretch of water, and you’ve arrived at the Atlantic Ocean. The southernmost beach of 37-mile-long Assateague Island is a skinny isthmus covered in soft sands and, in the summer, beach towels. There are lifeguard-monitored swimming zones, as well as spots ideal for surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and surf fishing. If you drive to the beach you’ll need to buy a daily or weekly pass.
