We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was my sisters and my mother traveling with me and we felt very safe and the location was ideal for exploring but still nice and quiet. The home is stunning and makes a wonder retreat at the end of a day exploring. We hope to return soon!

Erick's place is a great option if you want to stay in Antigua Guatemala. It's private, clean and worth the visit. If you plant to stay near the center of Antigua, don't doubt about Erick's place being a pretty good option.

The house is very nice, different environments to be in, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, the detail of the mosquito nets is 100 points. It was a nice stay.

Silvia was an amazing host!!! Her description, directions and suggestions were spot on!! Home was amazing, clean, organized; everyone felt right at home. The hammock in the living room, was a total hit. Beautiful gardens, pool, playground, the residential area is well kept, private and safe!! There are also shops, restaurants nearby and it's not too far from Antigua I will definitely come back to this home. I recommend it 100%. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you so much Silvia💖

It was an excellent stay! The place is quiet and without a lot of noise as it is not inside the main town helmet, without being very far from the center, only 7 min walk from the handicrafts market and 15-20 from the central park. In addition, the attention to detail in the apartment is incredible! A bottle of wine to welcome us, firewood in the fireplaces, lights adorning the patio and the equipped kitchen with everything you need (including a good coffee). We only stayed 2 adults and the space was ideal for a couple, I consider that 2 other people would fit since they have an extra bed, only a little tighter. The photos on the listing are accurate, with stained glass windows and attention to improve the experience. The attention was friendly and fast but not very flexible, which is understood by the care they give to the place, only would not be the option if they are looking for a different check-in/out than the listing. All and all, would always come back, a unique experience:)

Great place! I stay here every time I visit Antigua if I can. It is safe and centrally located next to one of the most popular tourist attractions in Antigua. Gilda is very helpful and responsive. The decor is very welcoming, with lots of Guatemalan artisanal handcrafts. It's a spacious apartment, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry and front and rear balconies. There's a washer and dryer, which is very convenient and not typical. For me, the main disadvantage is that the doorways are a bit low. I'm 6'2". Usually I remember to duck, but I tend to bump my head about once a week during my stays here. The windows do a very good job of blocking sound, but it's a popular, busy street and if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a problem. (But the noise doesn't bother me.) Sleeping accommodations are limited -- two people could sleep in the big bed in the bedroom and one could sleep on the single bed in the living room.

We had a lovely stay here, the area is peaceful but very walkable to all parts of Antigua. As other Airbnb reviews have noted the bathroom, kitchen and utility area were private, but detached from the main sleeping area. This was no problem for us but something worth considering if you are visiting during the rainy season where you may need to dash out. It’s mostly under cover and only a few steps. Kendra was a lovely host who gave us complete privacy even though the Airbnb is next to the main home. She was also super responsive over What s app and really friendly!

My family and I loved this place. We enjoyed that it was in a great location and could get to some of Antiguas major sites from here easily. The place was spacious and we felt right at home. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Antigua.

Although small and it has its quirks, it has everything you need and is in the perfect location - just outside the hustle and bustle but easy walking distance to all the main city attractions. The courtyard is full of character and worth taking a peaceful moment. Samuel also went out of his way to help me retrieve something we'd left behind- much thanks to him.

The house was very clean. Easy access to public transportation 5 minutes from Centro historico on public transportation.. Safe community. Highly recommended.

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

An excellent place !! Silvia's place is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. You have to be clear that it is not directly in Antigua Guatemala, however it is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Antigua and Uber arrives very quickly. The house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean and it has everything for you to cook, which was very helpful. There is a shopping plaza 1 km away that has everything you need. The pool area is quite comfortable to have a good time with the family and its terrace is amazing for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

This stay was perfect for me and my husband while we visited Antigua! It was minutes away from the entrance of Antigua and we were able to find lots of restaurants and coffee locations nearby. We love how private it was and felt it was safe. I would definitely book this stay again in the future.

The condo is amazing, beautiful surroundings, in front of the pool and about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Antigua. Check in was easy, the unit was just right for 3 of us and the WiFi was extremely reliable and fast. After sightseeing all day in Antigua it was really nice to come home and jump in the pool or have dinner in one of the outside tables. Deann was an amazing host, always quick in answering any questions, friendly and very proactive in sending information about events in the area, places to eat, spas, etc. It was truly a pleasure staying at Deann's condo, we were sad to leave but are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything great the 24 hour security feels nice & the parking right in front is hard to find in Antigua. WiFi works best from second floor. Nice small patio outdoor area & close enough to walk places. She has a nice few selection of books in English to read while at your stay too which was a nice touch. Nice hot water. Only wish was that they had laundry detergent & an iron that usually other air bnbs do have but nonetheless sweet host & felt safe staying here as a woman
