Vacation rentals with a patio in Chilmark

Our stay at Yousef’s was great! The place is a private room with bathroom and washer/dryer which was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

We were in town for a reunion and stayed for three nights. It was fantastic to have a place to grab a nap between events and freshen up and change for dressy nighttime events because it was so close. Nighttime was extremely restful and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the geese and ducks were charming. Our hosts were very warm. Great stay!

Perfect stay for a long weekend with our group of 4 (2 couples). Plenty of space to hang out in the common area, while each having their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice too. We didn't cook but loved the large kitchen space. Overall nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

Had a great stay! Host was very welcoming and responsive. Waking distance to the beach and walking/biking close to downtown. Plenty to explore!

Despite the dreadful weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian‘s place. The bed was very comfortable. I did find that I missed more of a kitchen facility, with no sink in the area with the coffee maker. I found myself going back-and-forth between the bathroom and the living room to fill the kettle for my tea. The area was very quiet, and Brian’s home was easy to find.

Wow, where to start. Kristin went above and beyond to accommodate us and we ended up getting married here! A wild rainstorm/ nor'easter came in so our beach elopement wedding plans had to be changed... not being from the area we had limited back-up options. Kristin kindly allowed us to do our small ceremony on the beautiful back deck. Even if all that didn't take place, her home would have a special place in our hearts because it's so tranquil and beautifully designed. Cherry on top, the bed was super comfy and kitchen well equipped! We had everything we needed for the week. Kristin's daughter gave us great recommendations too for local spots to eat. Highly recommend a stay here!

This is a true hidden gem. A stones throw from one of the best raw bars in Yarmouth (or Cape Cod for that matter), literally steps (like 5 steps right out the slider) from the beach, stunning views and sunsets. Very clean and cozy cottage, and our host was excellent. The value was also incredible. Very central in Cape Cod, meaning anything you want to do besides Provincetown is 30 mins or less in any direction. Yarmouth had a charm of its own, especially for a family with young children. Lots of kids activities within 5 minutes. A+++

From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt at home. Also peaceful, relaxed, and pampered. What a lovely home! Emery thought of everything we'd need, from water in the refrigerator to coffee in the kitchen to extra linens and towels to laundry soap with the washing machine. There were amazing extras in the kitchen: a blender, spices, a full knife set, dish towels, and so much more. The art was lovely and fitting for the coastal location. The binder had clear and helpful instructions. The vibe was so restful and lovely. Highly recommend this gem of a home. We'd definitely return and recommend it to friends. And Emery was excellent at communicating when we needed to reach him. Such a lovely experience all around!

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

Believe the 5 star reviews!! What a fabulous cozy slice of heaven quietly nestled right off a main road and in proximity to so much!! The bungalow itself is the cutest quaintest most charmingly decorated place. They have everything you could need and more, and yes the bathroom is what dreams are made of Highly highly highly recommended for a couple or a small group and for hoomans with furbabies!!! <3 Violet's place is perfect and we can't wait to return.

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

Staying at Rebecca’s Hideaway was a wonderful experience! I stayed with the family during the Thanksgiving holiday during the offseason and the location was absolutely beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even left us treats at the house! The location of the house was private, but a close enough drive into downtown Edgartown to get drinks and dinner or do some shopping. There are many options to relax outdoors and it’s a close walk to get to South Beach to enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend staying here and would rebook in a heart beat!

Tina’s place was fantastic. She is a great host, had everything we needed. Her home was immaculate. The location is awesome if you want to go exploring, you can walk to the beach. It is about 45 min from many popular destinations including Newport, Plymouth, cape cod. Also, only 20 min from the Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard/Nantucket.

It’s perfect! The location is within walking distance to everything…restaurants, stores, bike rental… It’s the loveliest setting! We didn’t cook but, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which we used for meals in and playing games. The living room is comfortable and the t.v. is large enough for everyone to view from any seat. There were extra blankets in a closet, which was great because the first 2 days were cold and rainy. We did take a warm blanket down to watch t.v. because we didn’t bring warmer clothes. It’s private and quiet and felt perfectly safe. We’d definitely stay there again!

Joanne’s place was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space and it would work well for an extended stay. It’s quite near the beaches and harbor in Dennis/Quivet Neck, and there is a good restaurant (Marshside) with a scenic view that is a short walk away. Easy to find, although if you check in at night a flashlight will be very helpful. ;-) The kitchen was small but usable, and the refrigerator was modern and had plenty of room.

We stayed in the cottage for our daughter’s wedding. It was within walking distance of the venue and super close to the beach. It had a lovely outdoor sitting and dining area and beach supplies. Wonderful, comfy place to stay!

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful and quaint condo for a wedding weekend in Dennis and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place with a more perfect location!We both felt safe and comfortable immediately upon arrival and loved spending time outside on the porch and enjoying walking around the area! We would both recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a great six nights here. The space is super cool, well appointed with comfty beds and super soft towels, and was squeeky clean! We enjoyed the roof deck, the views to the waterfront, and the fireplace--and had an exceptional meal at Cork, too! Our stay was a combination of a work trip plus time to explore New Bedford and the SouthCoast and the location was great for both. Having a dedicated parking space was great, too. We would happily return.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the bedroom was absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic time here! We were in Falmouth for a bachelorette weekend and this apartment was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The space was super cute and clean, perfect for our group! Adam was super helpful during our stay too. We definitely recommend.
