The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Great for big families with children. Very clean quit place. Walkable distance from lake, local restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time, children loved staying there. My 6 years old child decided to buy that exact house when he grows up :)

We spent a week, beginning of January, in the cottage and it was very comfortable despite the negative outside temperatures. The multiple heat points (pellet stove, open fire and radiator) allowed us to be perfectly comfortable and we always had enough wood and pellets, available. Our host was lovely and caring. The cottage was very clean as well as the sheets and towels available ☺️ The cottage is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and with amazing views of the mountains. The area is very charming, lots of hikes possible and restaurants to try. I also recommend a visit to the Teglio tourist office, where we were very well received and advised. A perfect vacation! No complaints, 😌 a big thank you!

We stayed at Maria Luisa's for 3 days during the Christmas holidays. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sheltered location with beautiful mountain views. Maria Luisa was always responsive in times of need. The only advice, given the somewhat rough road to get there, is to save the location on the navigator. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Beautiful and clean apartment, located in a nice village close to Sondrio. It feels really cosy and has everything you need, including basic things for cooking. The hosts even provide some tasty biscuits and jam, which feels so nice! Communication with Stefano was fast and easy. Strongly recommended!

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very nice giving us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

We spent 5 nights at Pierino's. There were five of us and it was a great experience for each of us. Our children were also thrilled - although the two big ones at 15 and 17 are not exactly in a simple phase. The pizza oven was a total hit and the need to make a fire for hot water made the whole thing an experience. Nearby there are great opportunities for hiking. Pierino is great. Very helpful and reliable. He gave us very good tips. He and his wife are very warm and absolutely kind. The house was exceptionally clean and the property is lovingly maintained. Very high quality bedding! We had wonderful days as a family and want to come back.

We really enjoyed the days in Val Poschiavo. The great accommodation was a perfect base for our excursions. The house is great! Sensational location with views over the entire valley, very good amenities, absolutely clean, great garden. The communication with Ursula was very pleasant. A few days before arrival, we received all the necessary information and Ursula also tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks a lot!

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Great lodging accommodation in St Moritz. Perfect location, very walkable even with snow. Extremely clean apartment, friendly hosts and clear instructions/manual to help you find your way around the apartment and the city. Highly recommended and thank you Alessandra/Fabio for your hospitality

Our stay at Bruno and Chiara's was a break in a green setting. The house is beautiful, green, flowery, stones, woods, finds, personality, warm, atypical, cosi, comfort, neat decor, shaded... Close to multiple beaches of Colico, and Lake Como, towns and villas, botanical gardens = beautiful!!!! And what about the hospitality: Chiara: adorable, ultra responsive listening and taking care to make sure everything goes smoothly: booking, follow-up, check in, during the stay, check out. Bruno: ultra welcoming host, who give lots of restaurant tips and activities, he is available whenever we need him. He knows how to pamper his guests. Thank you Bruno for your kindness!!!! Beautiful house and very clear explanations. Full kitchen to prepare lunch and dinner. The landlord is available and responsive. There is a trattoria 150 meters away where you can eat very well.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's place! Everything was absolutely clean, lovingly decorated and incredibly cozy – you immediately felt comfortable. We loved it. The house is very cool and tastefully designed. The area is quiet and has beautiful views. We were able to enjoy the pool and even had a barbecue on the veranda. Angela was very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips on restaurants and places to visit. We hope to come again :)

Great stay at Alessandra's place. The house is very comfortable and its large garden is superb. Games are available for children (trampoline, slides, badminton rackets, swings) and also its beautiful swimming pool. We loved and highly recommend this rental. Everything is done to have a good time relaxing in a very beautiful decor with a great view.

Very helpful and attentive hosts. Very clean and well-equipped place. Very good location for those looking for sun, clean air, and tranquility. For those who have walking problems, consider the ten-minute walk to reach the cabin. The road to get near the cabin by car in the last stretch is unpaved, so it is unsuitable for low cars as correctly reported by the owners. You can go on interesting walking excursions from the house. The telephone/data signal is almost absent and there is no television, so the accommodation is really suitable for those who want to disconnect. A few cabins nearby.

Beautiful, spacious house that was very clean. The car could be parked in the garage. The house is located on a mountain slope and has a fantastic view over the valley. In good weather you can see Lake Como. Friendly welcome by Paola. She responded quickly to questions we had. We found the mattress of the bed much too soft, but that is a matter of taste. The wifi connection was not stable. It regularly dropped out.

We found ourselves in a fabulously beautiful place. We lived in a cozy, atmospheric and comfortable house. Everything is very clean. In the morning we had a great breakfast opposite the Alps. We will definitely come back here! Grazier mille!!!

Baita Pierino is a jewel immersed in the woods, an oasis of tranquility in which to take refuge after walks, with a small veranda where you can drink a coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. We spent three days in Katia's accommodation with our dog and everything was as described, we didn't miss anything. The area is well-served, in fact, a few kilometers away you can find bars, restaurants, and shops. Katia is kind and helpful, she made us feel at home. We highly recommend it!

Amazing place to stay!! The cabin is in a beautiful location in the middle of the mountains, the view is just breathtaking. The place is really well equipped and has everything to just disconnect and enjoy nature. Silvia was really helpful, responsive and even gave us super good recommendations. Would definitively go back!

Great location. Great floor plan, stylish furnishings and extensive amenities. Quietly located with nice views. Very friendly, courteous communication. Easy access, check-in and check-out. It was very sweet that a mat, blanket, bowls and goodies were ready for our dog. Glad to come back!
