The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60 m²) is located in a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafes and of course Lake Chiemsee are within a few minutes' walk.
