Condo vacation rentals in Chiavari

A view beyond all views! We SO enjoyed our deck time. SO CLOSE to amazing restaurants, train station and worth a beautiful 20 minute walk to the west along the shore line through beautiful homes, and a swim with beautiful restaurants right on the water! Definitely be ready for the stairs but we are in our late 50s and did ok with a small rest in between flights. Soooooo worth the view!

Our stay at Virginia’s place was very enjoyable! The apartment is clean, well equipped with everything needed and in a good location. Bus for city center is close to the apartment. Also, a coop supermarket is right nearby. Communication was very easy and Virginia a great host, always open to help with anything needed. Thank you, we enjoyed Rapallo greatly :) it was very facile to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre from here also!

Wunderschöne Wohnung, mitten im Zentrum, nahe des Meeres. Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie (alle drei Kinder 17 Jahre und älter) hier und haben es sehr genossen. Elisa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, mit Spezialitäten der Region und einer Flasche hervorragendem Prosecco. Sie war sehr flexibel bezüglich unserer Ankunft und hat uns alles gezeigt. Sie hat uns tolle Tips und Hilfe gegeben. Elisa hatte uns empfohlen, mit dem Zug anzureisen und das wäre (wenn preislich zu fünft nicht viel teurer als das Auto) wirklich besser gewesen. Mit dem Auto in der Stadt und auch in den umliegenden Orten ist es wirklich äußerst schwierig. Wir haben immer gerade noch einen Parkplatz auf dem von Elisa empfohlenen Parkplatz (10 min zu Fuß entfernt) gefunden. Es empfiehlt sich auch, für die Nacht Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen, da es eben mitten drin liegt und nicht gerade leise ist ;) Besonders gut haben uns die vielen kleinen Cafés und Bars gefallen, sowie der Markt, und ein paar der anliegenden Orte. Gostamos muito do espaço, estava tudo impecável. Local ideal para caminhar, a poucos minutos estamos na praia, a poucos minutos estamos no Centro histórico onde se encontra bons Restaurantes. Supermercados muito perto do alojamento. Passamos 3 dias sem ter a necessidade de utilizar o carro. Recomendamos o alojamento.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Lungomare mit sonnigem Balkon; Blick bis Portofino. Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Auch im Winter ist die Wohnung sehr gut temperiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Das Stadtzentrum ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

We’ve never stayed in a B&B like this before. Pristine clean and absolutely loaded with amenities - everything that we could possibly want. And if there was something that we might have wanted, all we had to do is call and it would be taken care of - the host lives around the corner and is extremely responsive. The location also was perfect, near the promenade by the water, shops and restaurants, but on a quiet street that allowed for peaceful sleeps. What sets this place apart for us is the “way above and beyond” effort to ensure we had a real experience (which is what we wanted). We were asked what our interests were (culture, churches and food) and the recommendations completely fit our interests. Absolutely loved all the places we visited and the foods that we ate. We will miss this place and its culture. It’s truly special and left us with life-long memories.

This was arguably the best apartment in all of Riomaggiore — and maybe even all of Cinque Terre. The view is unbeatable, offering a stunning panorama of the horizon, harbor, village rooftops, and golden sunsets every evening. You truly feel like you’re perched above the heart of the town. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully functional — perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. Riomaggiore also turned out to be our favorite village in Cinque Terre: lively but not overcrowded, walkable, and full of charm. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the region.

Tutto perfetto, l'appartamento è spazioso, pulito, in posizione centralissima. Marco si è dimostrato un host impeccabile, molto simpatico e amichevole.

El Lugar es perfecto como base para visitar las 5 tierras, tienes la estación de tren a 2 min caminando , tienes el principio de la avenida peatonal principal con solo cruzar la calle , aquí encuentras restaurantes , tiendas , postres etc… El departamento cuenta con todo lo que necesitas , no se escucha ruido y es muy fresco 😎.

Wir waren 2 Nächte zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt:) Silvia hat alles super beschrieben und der check in ging reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber! Aufjedenfall zu empfehlen

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

Great place to stay - location excellent - restaurants and station minutes from flat. The flat was spotlessly clean, and well appointed. Michele’s very helpful and responsive. The only drawback was the very loud level of noise on the Saturday and Sunday evenings, which went on well into the morning hours.

Super appartement, bien placé et confortable. L'hôte est super réactif et nous a permis de déposer nos bagages plus tôt que prévu pour pouvoir profiter plus facilement de notre visite de Gênes.

Super appartement ! Très bien agencé, ultra fonctionnel, propre. Une petite clim bienvenue en prime ! Communication impeccable avec Paola. Je recommande sans problème.

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Le logement était conforme à la description avec une très belle vue sur le port. Il est également à proximité de toutes les choses à faire à Genes et à 15min à pied de la gare pour aller explorer les alentours. Je recommande vivement !

Le logement est très propre, la piscine est magnifique, attention prévoir de bonnes jambes pour descendre en ville, pas beaucoup de bus et stationnement payant si vous descendez en voiture

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Très joli appartement à Rapallo. Au calme, avec un joli balcon très agréable, surtout quand il fait très chaud 🤗 Tamara est efficace et notre arrivée s’est parfaitement bien passée. Bref, nous avons eu un super séjour

Fabrizio's place was perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful, and both the apartment and pool are very well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The local pizzeria they recommended is definitely worth a visit, and the wine Fabrizio makes is also excellent. We'd be happy to return for a longer stay next time.

Un séjour inoubliable à Gênes ! Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propre, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin. Le rooftop avec jacuzzi est un véritable bijou, offrant une vue magnifique et un moment de détente incomparable – un vrai plus qui rend l’expérience unique. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la ville, et tout était exactement conforme à la description… voire même au-delà de nos attentes. Je recommande à 100 % ce BnB pour un séjour exceptionnel à Genova.

A great apartment in fab location. Carla was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony. Pool opening times need to observed, they depend on the time of the year. Convenient parking. A lovely stay, would happily return.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’environnement est magnifique et on nous a proposé la suite qui était libre au lieu de l’appartement initialement prévu . Très bien équipée et accès direct à la piscine. Au calme et sans vis à vis avec une vue incroyable . Nous recommandons fortement.

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
