muy atenta y amable en todo momento, muy recomendable, la ubicación del lugar muy tranquila y cómoda, ideal si te quieres desconectar del trabajo ya que la señal es muy baja y no pudimos conectar el módem con ningún dispositivo, pero no era nuestra prioridad estar conectados, así que no nos fue muy necesaria.

This man was exceptional. Even though we ran into problems, he went above and beyond to make it right. He has the making to be a great real estate mogul. This is a very good person in his heart as well. I felt very safe and cared for like a member of his family. I would definitely do business with him again.

Me agradó mucho el departamento. Lula es muy amable y amigable. Los cuartos con climas y muy limpio. Está cerca del parque central y de varios centro comerciales. Todos los que fuimos quedamos muy contentos. El estacionamiento está muy bien, caben dos carros chicos o bien un grande. Sin duda, volveríamos a quedarnos ahí ☺️

Chris surprised me with the place. I thought it was small, and had no expectations. Flowers and plants all around, a talkative and full of generosity of Chris that shared the sunset, a beer and life experience, made me feel safe, comfortable and happy. He will do some changes to the place and I’m sure it will be lovely. I love the neighborhood!! I fully recommend it, will visit it again, and will love to see Chris again. Thanks for sharing the better room with me and the great views!!

Great place, 100% recommended. Beautiful apartment with garden views and city views, great private patio area too. Very clean, quiet, private, a lot of sunlight. Cleaning service includes weekly sheets, towels and etc. changing, Also optional room cleaning. WiFi is super good for working remote. Well furnitured kitchen and spacious. Lots of hot water and water pressure. No dog barking, no street noise. We even got welcome gifts! Location is awesome. Convenient surroundings, bakery, frutas y veduras, cheese, tiendas, barbershop, agua station, and laundry, all in the same street or around the corner or just one block away. Around 5 min. Walk from ADO bus station, 8 min. Walk to the center, 12 min. walk to a mountain view and city view church, 15 min. walk to the SEDEM (a huge sport complex). Ana is responsive and helpful. We definitely return.
