The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

The chalet's interiors are a skillful mix of modern design and alpine tradition. One of the gems of this chalet, however, is its private sauna. Made of pine wood, it gives off a relaxing scent that invites guests to leave daily stress behind and enjoy an unforgettable experience. After the sauna, a dip in the outdoor wood-fired hot tub further highlights this mountain retreat as the perfect place to rejuvenate.

The house, called "la_casetta_delle_bambole" (see Insta) is very small, characteristic of mountain houses, but has been renovated to have all modern comforts! It's heated with a romantic pellet stove! Outside (although centrally located) it has a green space where you can relax admiring the view in any season, the village is always inhabited and alive all year round!

The apartment is located on the hill of Moncalieri, convenient for visiting Turin, allowing you to stay up to four people in a quiet place. Bus connection with hospitals and the city center. Bus stop 700 meters away. The entrance is independent. A small kitchen has also been set up, which is accessed by climbing two steps.
