This quaint, welcoming townhome is in the heart of everything the beautiful city of Richmond has to offer. It’s within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants in Carytown, a 10 minute drive from downtown, and 5 minutes from I95. The sunny guest bedroom is nicely decorated with plenty of cozy pillows on the queen bed. Although the bathroom is down the hall, it is for the sole use of the guest(s). I have a tiny, friendly dog. All guests must be able to show proof of vaccination

Our peaceful environmentally friendly home w/ large backyard, front porch, and gardens is close to downtown Richmond, Pocahontas State Park, shopping, breweries, and historic sites. This is a comfortable space consisting of a cozy bedroom with one vintage double bed. We have easy, safe driveway parking. We have friendly Aussie Doodle named Remington. Unfortunately due to a few bad experiences we do not allow dogs or cats. No refund for cancellations within five days of reservation.

bright, cozy, quiet 2nd floor room in family home; share indoor+outdoor spaces with typical amenities; friendly walkable neighborhood centrally located, minutes from Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and History Museum, Carytown and Sott's Addition shops, restaurants, eateries, breweries; bike or bus to University of R. and VCU; history has been and continues to be made in this area. Covid 19 protocol with sanitizer and masks is in place, I would be curious as to yours.

We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
