I have a small farm with one horse, some chickens and turkeys. It is beautiful and serene. My home has been on the Chester County House Tour three times. The home is gracious and comfortable. I offer one full breakfast. Your room IS Air conditioned. Check in time is flexible.
“Susan is a delightful and friendly hostess with a gorgeous 1795 historic farmhouse. I loved my twin bedroom with private bathroom, extra blankets and heater and full length windows overlooking the gardens below. My parents had a comfy double bed and bathroom and we all slept quite well. Susan indulged my parents in a generous breakfast and gave us carrots to feed her sweet horse! Her dog is quite friendly as well as a great guard of her chickens as we watched him chase a fox at lightning speed! We were so grateful to be able to stay in such a comfortable home just minutes away from our family whom we were visiting at Christmas. Thank you Susan and we will highly recommend your farmhouse to our family!”
This spacious 600 sq ft 1 bedroom suite is part of a Malvern home. It has its own entrance and there is parking for two cars. The house is set in 2 1/2 acres of wooded area with easy access to the main line and just over a mile to an E-ZPass entry and exit for I-76.
“Penny was the an incredible host. The space truly was luxurious and felt like you were at a private house even though it’s connected to her home. It was immaculately clean and the attention to detail with the space made you feel like you’re at a fancy resort. There is no other place I would stay at in PA and would even drive out of my way to stay here again.”
The newly renovated one bedroom apartment (that can accommodate up to 5 guests) above the detached garage at Artisan Studios provides a lovely guesthouse retreat. Nestled in the woods in beautiful Chester County, you'll enjoy privacy and seclusion even though you're just a 5 minute drive to anything you could need. We're just 8 miles from the PA Turnpike and only 38 miles (45 minutes to an hour) from Philadelphia. Feel free to bring your pet, as long as they are house broken or litter trained.
“This space is off the beaten path and yet still highly accessible to everything you may need with just a short ride. I stayed at Cheryl and Jamie’s while I was waiting to settle on my new home, but I sure wish the artists loft was my new home! My border collie loved the gorgeous moss covered trails, even in winter you can spend hours checking out the flora and fauna. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked all of your essentials for cooking. Stay with Cheryl and Jamie and you won’t regret it! I may need to book a visit over summer just to spend time in the pool 😊”
