This house was perfect for our big group stay! Brandan was a great host, too! He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He made our experience very easy and flexible. The house was beautiful and very well-stocked with games and all other necessities for everyone. The location was peaceful with the fire pit and creek in the backyard. The area was peaceful, safe, and secluded with a large enough backyard to allow for outdoor activities. We would definitely book this place again!

A wonderful home and setting for a family vacation. The very spacious kitchen/ dining/ family room is wonderful for spending time together. The large round dining table with built in lazy-susan is big enough to seat 10-12 adults and children. Large bedrooms and bathrooms enough for all of us to spread out. The home is set right in the middle of an absolutely beautiful working horse farm (even more beautiful than the photos shown on the listing). We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day, postcard perfect. The home had everything we needed.

You will have the first floor of a private residence. All entrances, rooms, doors are untouched except by guests for entire stay. There is a locking french doors between the suite and the rest of the home. The living room has a fire place. TV and a high top seating area. The suite includes a fully functional kitchen -- sink, fridge, dishes, microwave etc. there is a hot plate (2) but not a range top stove. There is patio with secluded and private seating. and gas grill.

Great Value & Quiet Stay Near Philly We had a comfortable stay in this spacious home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. The host was very kind, responsive, and gave us full access to the main house—kitchen, laundry, and all common areas. He stayed out of sight in the basement and was respectful of our space. The house itself is older and could use a few minor updates. Not a big deal, but helpful to know. All in all, the space was clean, roomy, and a much better value than a hotel. For the price and location, it was a great choice. Would definitely consider staying again. Especially the host was so gracious.

I stayed for 4 weeks and will definitely return. Stephanie is a very friendly host but also respectful of private space and time. Her home is beautiful and the room was beyond what she describes, with lots of space, a separate area with fridge and desk and the most beautiful and comfortable bed. The neighborhood has a beautiful mix of architecture and parks to stroll around and I enjoyed walking up to the coffee shop and local store. Also v central for downtown Wilmington by bus or car. Altogether a great find.
