Enjoy the beach at our Willoughby Spit beach house. Located across the street from the beach and only 1/2 block to the beach access. You will have the entire house & property for you and your family - no shared walls, no assigned parking spaces, no shared washer and dryer. We have three outside decks for grilling and relaxing with family and friends. Our kitchen is fully stocked including KitchenAid mixer and food processor, Ninja blender, Crock pots, coffee maker, toaster and waffle maker.

Our neighborhood is located on the shores of the historic Chesapeake Bay. Step onto our beach and you will see that we are the perfect spot for sunrises/sunsets, fishing/crabbing, sunbathing, grilling & hot tubbing. The rental isnt on the beach-side of the property so walk around the building to the beach which is only 30 feet away.

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! Wild horses roam free & will visit you at the house! Really! Located off road in 4-Wheel Drive area. Your vehicle must have 4WD or AWD with high clearance to get through high sand. No paved roads.
