Beautiful home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Ashland (3 miles) and I-64 (5 miles). This is a full size newly remodeled basement with it's own outside entrance. Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, firepit, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.

The Penthouse was a wonderful find for our visit to the Tri-State area. Parking was convenient and the condo is stunning! We felt so at home upon entering and the pictures are exactly as viewed prior to booking. The finishes are upscale and the king bed very comfortable. Double sinks in the master bathroom and a fantastic kitchen to cook in that had all of the comforts of home. The views of the Ohio River from the 13th floor were beautiful both day and night. The ground floor restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast with many choices of flavored coffees. I would definitely recommend the Penthouse when visiting the area or even if you are local for a special occasion get-away!

I always try to stay here whenever I'm in Huntington, and I recommend it to others. Mary and Hank are delightful hosts, and the house and grounds are beautiful.

A compact bathroom is equipped with a white toilet and a vanity with a sink. A mirrored medicine cabinet is mounted above the sink. Dark gray towels hang neatly on a towel rack, while a shower curtain with a black and white pattern partially encloses the shower area.
