We had a great time with the family in this adorable little house! Very clean, spacious and well-appointed, it offers all the comforts you need to feel at home. Nothing is missing. The small garden with its terrace area is really nice, ideal for relaxing all together after a busy day. Self check-in with the lockbox is very convenient, and despite this, the hosts are very available, attentive and very responsive to our questions. Only small point to note: access is not easy to find at first, because the house is located in a small cul-de-sac, but once there, everything is perfect. We will keep this address carefully and would highly recommend it!

Very spacious and well equipped cottage in beautiful French countryside. Only 15 min or so from Mont St. Michel. We had the opportunity to meet Yannick and he is very friendly and helpful. I wish we could have spent more time there to enjoy the surroundings.

A great stay with friends in this functional cottage, quiet and conveniently located for discovering the Mont and its surroundings (Cancale, St Malo and the coast). Kristin hosted us very well and had good tips on things to see. This is a rental that we highly recommend!

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation was as Virginie described, peaceful and beautiful views of the bay and Mont St Michel. Small touches were waiting for us in the accommodation. Communication with Virginie was extremely friendly.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very cute and comfortable cottage in a very quiet environment. We were able to easily store the bikes in the garden. Audrey is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend it!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the cottage. A few days in the area were spent with our dog visiting Saint Malo, Mont St Michel, lunch in Saint-Suliac and a local walk along the river. We loved the pretty enclosed garden and enjoyed having our breakfast there whilst listening to the birds. We really appreciated the home from home feel, the comfy beds and the crisp white linens. Many thanks again Fiona for putting some groceries in for us, this was really very kind and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay and would love to return in the future!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Very good stay! Very new house, very clean and modern amenities. Perfect for 3. Very well located 3 minutes from the paths for walking and the sea. All the minimum necessary is present and it's very pleasant Everything for children too (even the beach kit, little books...) Overall calm. Very clean and well arranged accommodation despite the small size. Hélène and Éric were very welcoming. The surroundings are not very convenient for parents with a stroller (no sidewalk on the road next to it) but apart from that, which is not the fault of the hosts, everything was perfect for us. 😊 I recommend it!

We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 dogs. We paid a small fee for the dogs. The cottage was nicer than in the pictures. A lovely spacious garden, fully fenced and private. It is centrally located in the bay of Mont st Michel, so it is a great base from which to explore the area. You can walk to the village in half an hour via a beautiful dike, where the church square has a bakery, a caterer, a restaurant and a small supermarket. For more extensive shopping, there is a large supermarket such as Lidl and Carrefour 10/15 minutes away by car. The owner of the house lives right next door, but you don't notice that. Very sweet people who would like to be helpful. We were there for 3 weeks and enjoyed it every day. The weather was also good to us. Worth repeating! Fam. Heres
