Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chernomorets

Ivan's little house is very nice, the outdoor space with its many plants is appreciated. It is well located, close to the beach with commmerces (excellent fruit and vegetable shop) and restaurants within a 5-minute walk and parking available on site.

It was a very comfortable and cozy house in a very nice location. Everywhere, all the rooms were clean. The host was also extremely friendly. It was a stay where we were satisfied with everything.

Daniel is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is complete with all the equipment to make you feel at home. There is a locked parking lot in front of the apartment. I was able to use his wonderful grill. I will definitely come back next time I visit Burgas

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Hi, We remember the stay very fondly. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children. We were very nicely greeted by Gergana's nice parents. They took care of our well-being and provided us with all the help on the spot. We were treated to a traditional Bulgarian dish, Banica, prepared by the hosts. We also got a jar of fig jam. Everything was delicious. Gergana's mom even brought us traditional white cheese from Burgas. As for the neighborhood, it is a very quiet place. Perfect for relaxing. We walked to the beautiful beach in 10 minutes. There were very few people on the beach, but the food outlets, as for the time before the season, were already open. It is worth having a car to be able to visit nearby towns, Sozopol, Nesbar and others. We are very grateful for everything and we will definitely want to come back to this place. Really nice place to stay and very helpful, friendly host! We enjoyed chatting with Simeon about Burgas! And the kind woman who is the caretaker was lovely to meet as well. We had a challenging time with google and Apple Maps getting to the right location. Using Google Maps real time is advised. I’m not sure why the apps are not finding the location easily, other than maybe an English translation problem within the app. Allow extra time perhaps?

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which was very well stocked with everything that we needed. The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Kiril replied very promptly to my messages. There were many local restaurants nearby and a short walk to the sea. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

Cozy apartment with great rooftop view from the balconies. Great for remote work and summer tourism.

The flat was clean and in a quiet location. Bars and coffee shops just a few minutes walk. The flat had a good size bath tub as well as a shower. A two minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to Burgas. The buses run frequently and into the evening

The apartment is in amazing location and had all the necessary things and even more. Very clean and comfortable home. The host was very helpful and had very detailed maps and instructions. If I ever visit Burgas again then this apartment would be my first choice.

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

Amazing place for one big family or a group of 5 or 6 people! The atmosphere in the garden is perfect. The pool and the barbecue are making it peaceful. The location is great!

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Everything was perfectly arranged for our comfort - from the well-equipped space to the thoughtful details that truly made an impression on us. We stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect. Staying in a loft was a dream come true, and the best part? Whenever I felt a little lonely, I just looked out the window—the breathtaking view of the sea instantly lifted my spirits. The location was ideal, with the Sea Garden and beach just a short walk away. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient getaway!

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).

I really liked the apartment. The sea is nearby, the center is nearby. The apartment fully corresponds to the description. The host is friendly,immediately responds,helps if you need anything. I recommend it!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
