Dream studio on the harbour, downtown

10 minutes from the train and bus station, the Cité de la Mer, in the city center and the port. At your disposal, less than 100 m, pedestrian streets, market, all types of shops and sea trips. Studio located on the mezzanine floor (floor BEFORE the 1st ONE) in a building with a lift (if you use it, push on the button ES (entresol in french). A label SYLVETTE on the door. Cotentin is the ideal region for hiking and water sportsthe door. I accept dogs but not cats (scratching problems)

The studio is on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator access. It has a fitted kitchen, a main room (sofa bed, office space), a bathroom (including a washing machine) and a separate toilet as well as closets for storage. You have a private parking space. The studio is located in a quiet area in the city center, a 10-15 minute walk to Naval Group and the SNCF train station, a 20 minute drive to Orano La Hague and EPR. This studio is non-smoking.
