Great accommodation, very clean, very nice to stay in and Céline is a great host, responsive and very nice, I highly recommend it!!

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped accommodation. We enjoyed stopping at this accommodation on the vacation route. Everything is as in the listing and we enjoyed the little extras (coffee/tea/laundry, etc.). Recommended :)

A really well arranged and tastefully decorated apartment, quiet and spacious. Air conditioning is a real plus since there are 2 (living room-kitchen + bedroom) The bedding is extremely comfortable, which is rare enough to be highlighted. There are no surprises or false notes, it's perfect, there are all the amenities to feel at home, even better (Smart TV - Wifi - all the kitchen essentials, 2 coffee machines, a Brita carafe to filter the water, maintenance and basic necessities in case of late arrival) in short it's TOP LEVEL. You can park on the street of the accommodation (Free from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m.) then there is plenty of free parking nearby for the day. The proximity to the historic city center of Bourges is very appreciable (Cathedral a few minutes' walk away and many restaurants) Would definitely stay again!

Very nice accommodation with all services nearby. The location is also ideal because it is both close to Bourges city center and less than 10 minutes from the CFD. Very quick and friendly host. She recommends places to visit and/or eat.

The apartment is very beautiful and very well maintained. Clean, comfortable bedding, well-stocked kitchen, impeccable bathrooms and shower room. Once parked in the neighborhood (you can easily find space nearby), you can easily reach downtown Bourges on foot. Thank you for everything!

Excellent stay! Everything is perfect in Frédéric's tastefully furnished home. We really enjoyed being in the city center, doing everything on foot. Finally, parking facilities near the accommodation: it's a real plus.

Well-located, well-appointed and carefully decorated accommodation. The only downside is that it overlooks a very busy street, but with earplugs for the night it is not a problem.
