The farm is located in the idyllic river and meadow landscape of the Zschopautal directly on a lake. Biensdorf is a tiny place near Frankenberg/Saxony, 20 minutes to Chemnitz and 40 minutes to Dresden, 5 km to the A 4 motorway. From the house, wonderful walks and (cycling)hikes through forest, meadows and by the river are possible. Restaurants and outdoor swimming pool at walking distance; children's holiday park 3 km. Single travelers, couples, families with kids or business travelers welcome.

Very good transport connections. The A4 and A72 highways (Chemnitz junction) are 7 minutes away. 15 minutes to the main station by public transport. The apartment is comfortably equipped. Kitchen with dining table for 4 people. Covered BBQ area in the garden as well as fireplace. Free on-street parking.

We offer a cozy apartment (80 sqm) in the Chemnitz district of Einsiedel. The district is located outside and the apartment is located directly on the Zwönitz & am Wald. Thus, the accommodation invites you to rest and hike. But Chemnitz city center is also within half an hour. The connection by the Citybahn is perfect, as it runs every 30 minutes during the day to Chemnitz Central Station (stop only 5 minutes away).

Cottage Schluchthäus'l house with soul and flair

Dear guests, The cottage is a former residence for workers of the Göritzhain paper mill, which was built in 1913. In 1999 we bought the property with about 5000sqm, which was in a neglected state. It took several years to design the property and create a park. In 2009, we started renovating the house. In addition to our full-time work, the renovation took place on our own. Completion took place in 2017.
