Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

The modern apartment is located in the historic district and is located in a quiet side street, not far from the city center and quickly accessible from the highway exit. Free parking is available in the area. All rooms of the apartment offer plenty of natural light and you can enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony on warm days. Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 persons. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.
