Private Studio, with no direct interaction with the hosts. About 15 minutes from Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa by car. For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you can access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the studio). The studio is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

Welcome to our waterfront cottage nestled in a quiet area of Wakefield on a 2 acre property. The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, bike, golf, ski, explore the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, etc. (CITQ#304057. Logement complet, calme et à proximité des attractions de la nature et de la ville. Pour la nature, profitez du parc de la Gatineau juste en face du logement (pistes de ski et de vélo, sentiers en forêt, plages, etc.). Pour la ville, profitez des attraits touristiques du centre-ville d'Ottawa et de Gatineau à proximité (casino, musées, commerces, restaurants et brasseries). De plus, le village champêtre de Chelsea et le spa Nordik sont tout près en vélo et en auto.

A Room with a View

Wakefield waterfront on the Gatineau river. Great views of and only a few steps from the iconic covered bridge and a short walk to restaurants, pubs and cafes. Two fireplaces, two decks, and plenty of parking. This is a brand new home that we are sure you will enjoy. Respectful, courteous guests only. The magnificent views from the home and the two large decks come with some effort and this vacation paradise is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
