Great option when staying in Newton and right down the street from an incredible entrance to a hiking trail. Serge was a great host and kept us informed the entire trip.

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and I was looking for a place that had outdoor space to enjoy and this house did not disappoint. Everything was spectacular! It was lovely to have the pool, we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and wine at night surrounded by peaceful lighting. The kitchen is beautiful (exactly) like the pictures and so many extras. The host who lives downstairs was very helpful and thoughtful. We appreciated all the special touches and look forward to finding a reason to return.

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

We had such a wonderful stay at this historic home! Ruth was a great host and was easy to communicate with, even when I needed to message her late at night. The rooms were great and it was in a perfect location. We are looking forward to booking here again next year.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

We were in town for my niece's high school graduation and wanted a place for a few family members to stay together. The house was in a nice neighborhood, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The only thing I would note is that there are no bedrooms on the main level- either upstairs or downstairs- so if you have mobility impaired guests this could be an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. This home has all the comforts of home and is conveniently located. The host is wonderful and gracious and communicates back almost instantly with answers to questions. The shower was fantastic and the espresso maker and pods were better than ours at home. Linens and everything about this home feels upscale and luxurious. There's a little traffic noise during the day but the high quality windows keep it pretty quiet and it's quiet at night. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby and easy easy to get everywhere. So green and pretty too. We really enjoyed our stay.

We are more than happy with the stay at Jose’s. It was clean, quiet, and the house is beautiful inside and out. The beds are very comfy. I’m from a very very small town in Nebraska so it was nice to sit on the porch and watch the cars go by. If I could, I would give 10 stars. I will book again with Jose. It really does feel like home, so I appreciated our stay so much more. Thank you to Jose and Melissa. You are the best!

We were delighted to stay at Vanessa’s home, which is even lovelier than the photos depict. The area and home are beautiful and quiet, with all the amenities we needed. We had the opportunity to meet Vanessa, and she was exceptionally kind. Very highly recommend!

Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect at this place! There was plenty of space and parking for us to get ready on the big day. After the wedding, we found the place to be super relaxing and the wine was delicious. Our host was really attentive and responsive, and the place was clean and had everything we needed.

Nas was excellent to work with from the time of booking through the end of our stay. He is very responsive and helpful with questions and gave local recommendations for restaurants to try. We booked this home with two other couples and their teenage daughters for a softball tournament in a nearby town. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our needs and everyone had hot showers! During our trip the temps outside were in the 90's and the home stayed cool and each person had the ability to adjust their rooms according to their personal preference. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area! Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable Nas!!

We had an amazing stay for our family Easter celebration . The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything. Tuscan Village which is 5 mins away is really cool . The hosts , Gil and Henry were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Henry in particular was amazing . He really helped us out with local ideas and things to do in Boston . I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area or looking for a place to anchor while visiting Boston .

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

My family had a great time. The location was perfect for us. Private, but close to everything we needed. We spent a day in Boston, about a 90 minute drive. About the same to Portland Maine for a day. Manchester/Boston airport was only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend Tuscan Village in Salem, NH about 30 minutes away. Great shopping, dining, and entertainment venue.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in and we've stay in 182 of them. This home is large, extremely well built with top quality furnishing. It is clean with great quiet HVAC and kitchen supplies. The beds are comfortable and the lighting is quite good. Outdoor seating is great and the home abuts a small forest. It is set back from the highway and road sound is minimal. There were no mosquitoes. The hosts are amazingly friendly and accommodating.

We loved this place! Very convenient to everything “Boston” and a whole lot more. Fairly close to the T and super close to a grocery store. Chonden and Tenzin gave helpful advice on getting to Boston. House was super clean and beds very comfortable. My only dislike were the mosquitoes that kept us from using the back patio which was super private. They were very quick to respond to any questions. Rent this home. You won’t be disappointed!

The house itself is very private and lends itself to a great time with friends or family. I highly recommend this for anyone whom is looking. The beach is perfect for playing games with friends whether it be a game of toss, or corn hole. The quarry itself is relaxing and peaceful, definitely worth a quick paddle around at the minimum. The house was spacious, with areas to both gather as a large single group, but also there are places where those whom need it can recharge their social battery. 10/10 can recommend.
