Vacation rentals with a patio in Chebeague Island

We had a great stay at Susan's place. Keep in mind of the second floor stairs as we had to bring our luggage up the steeper stairs, but wasn't a big issue for us. The place was clean and was great for my mom, daughter and me for a girls trip. We would stay again!

Great stay! We took a weekend trip up to coastal Maine and this was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Not far from Brunswick, Boothbay, Freeport, Portland — great location!

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

This was a great place to accommodate five or six people. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools we needed to cook at home, including several spices. We enjoyed a lovely patio to sit on in the back. There were a few board games available that we enjoyed. This was a great option!

Very sweet and well-appointed space. Check-in was easy and the stay was super pleasant and peaceful. Would definitely return!

Perfect spot to stay in when you’re in Portland- even for just a night! This place felt clean, private, quiet and was in a great location. 100% will book here again if it’s available next time I have a Portland trip!

Lovely, tastefully decorated, place tucked in the beautiful area of Wells! We could tell from the moment we walked in that there was a thorough clean of the apartment prior to our arrival. Additionally, the attention to detail was amazing, from pamphlets about the area to beach towels to borrow in the bathroom. Though we weren’t in the area for the beach, we found it conveniently located to Ogunquit (specifically for the Ogunquit Playhouse, which was the reason for our little weekend trip). We’d happily choose this AirBnB again for any future visits :)

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

This beach house was an absolute dream. Perfectly located just steps from the ocean, with tons of natural light and beautiful design throughout. It felt like a true home away from home - peaceful, airy and well equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Kelsey was a great host, super responsive and allowed us to check in earlier due travel changes. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for a ten-day stay and very clean upon arrival. Location is great; central to both small town and urban charm. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Such a cute, quiet, well-designed bungalow! The beds and couches were super comfortable, at times it was hard to get up! But we managed to run the half-marathon around the bay, walk the nearby trails and visit downtown. I hope 42 Vermont is available for our next visit to Portland. THANK YOU. The plentiful coffee pods were a bonus!

Just like the photos; clean and serene. Beautiful and calm neighborhood that is in close proximity to everything you need. Hannafords is a six minute drive, 20 minute walk into town for food and coffee, and we loved exploring Little John Island. We stayed for 8 nights and mostly cooked; expect standard Airbnb pots and pans. Definitely a high step above what you could get in a hotel and it was perfect for us and our toddler (and easy to baby proof!) our daughter loved watching the amtrak go by (it wasnt a bother at all) and the playground a ten minute walk away. Highly recommend to a family

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

Can’t recommend this AirBnB more if you’re staying in Portland! Jennifer was a responsive, helpful host & the home is lovely with a lot of small details really thought through. The location is perfect - walkable to so many great restaurants, cafes, breweries, & the Eastern Promenade. This was our first trip with our 3 month daughter and Jennifer had the pack & play set up for us (which worked out perfectly), allowed us to check in a little early so we could feed her after a long trip, & had the perfect space for her (including blackout curtains)! Overall one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in!

Great apartment very centrally located in Portland - easy to walk everywhere, so close to great coffee shops and restaurants! Apartment was perfect for our family of four, and the pack and play and kid's toys were great! Very family friendly. Highly recommend!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

Excellent location with great restaurants & shops within walking distance, ample street parking, accommodating and friendly hosts, and a clean, bright space stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend in Portland!

This place was perfect at every turn. Clean, warm, welcoming, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was the best part. Walkable to everything we wanted to do in Portland. The rooftop was just icing on the cake. Highly recommend!
