Vacation rentals with lake access in Chaville

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Excelente apartamento para quem deseja ficar perto do aeroporto de Orly. O apartamento é pequeno mas muito prático, com todas as funcionalidades em zona calma e tranquila. Quanto ao proprietário não tenho dúvidas que se trata de uma excelente pessoa, muito simpático e prestável. Aproveitámos ao máximo ele ser taxista de profissão e por um preço justo nos levou aos locais que queríamos. Foi excelente. Obrigado Fatah.

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.

Chantal et Tim sont d'excellents hôtes. Nous avons été très bien reçus. L'accueil est chaleureux et amical. La Petite Maison est un endroit charmant. Propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien chauffé, avec un petit jardin où il fait bon prendre le soleil et son café dès les premiers rayons. Nous sommes ravis !

Nous avons passé deux mois agréables dans ce logement. L'endroit est paisible, et il est facile de se garer. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement.

Audrey was very friendly and responsive from the moment I enquired about the booking. She was also really helpful regarding transport options. The flat itself was lovely - just as in the photos - and was spotless. The street was quiet and although Paris was awake all night due to Fete de la Musique, the apartment was quiet and the street calm. Felt safe walking back to the apartment from the RER Rosa Parks with my daughter at midnight. Thank you Audrey.

Ha sido muy simpática en todo momento, todo estaba limpio y muy funcional, muy cerca del RER, también tenía comunicación directa con la universidad con paradas de autobús en la misma puerta de la casa. También hay comercios cerca para poder hacer la compra y la lavandería autoservicio igual, a 2min andando. Con calefacción regulable la temperatura. Un piso muy coqueto y completo para 1 persona.

The apartment was perfect. It’s just as the pictures. If you’re travelling with a group or family, it could be the perfect solution. We had a vehicle so the parking worked out super easy for us, especially in Paris. The area where the apartment is super modern and new. We would stay there again for sure.

L appartement de Marek est accueillant. Il est propre et dispose de tout ce que nous avons besoin. Izabelle, sa sœur nous a très bien accueilli. L immeuble est propre et calme. La rue un peu bruyante le soir… mais nous sommes en ville donc normal. Le quartier est familiale et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Le métro, tram et bus sont à proximité. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour et la découverte de Paris pour mon petit fils. Juste je n ai pas trouvé le lit très confortable.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war rundum wunderbar! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos – sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
