Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chautauqua

Leslie’s place was full of charm! She was accommodating and very easy to communicate to. Our family is a family of runners and we felt comfortable running the neighborhood to Bayview park. We would love to stay again if ever in Erie

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Great location looks out onto the lake. Walkable to the lighthouse. Home was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Place was a great stay for 3 of us, very relaxing home to hangout and unwind, would recommend to anyone as there is plenty to do here even if you don’t go out

Highly recommend this lovely house in the woods near Randolph, New York. This was our second stay. It is a good place for family visits with lots of outdoor space and lots of comfortable places to gather. The hosts go out of their way to provide for every possible comfort.

Very nice home! Super close to the lake

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

The River House was such a pleasant stay a home away from Home where we could relax and enjoy the scenery for our second day it rain but we were able to sit in the patio and just relax while we listened to the rain and cooked burgers. the whole atmosphere was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a little wine by the river with a sun set. When we first arrived Derek was working on his lawn and he greeted us welcomely. Mid afternoon we sat with Phyllis and Derek and got to know them a little on how they enjoyed bed breakfast and them wanted to give that hospitality to others I'd say they nailed it I won't give away any details cause it was fun just finding them and being like that was really thoughtful. Also stop at the City of Warren all the people we got to meet were nice and kind from the small walk we took almost everyone who we walked by greeted us.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

The apartment in Holiday Valley was great! I would recommend this spot to anyone planning to travel to Ellicottville whether it is in the summer or during ski season. The view from the building is amazing and it is very close to the town for any of your wants or needs!

Beautiful place in a fantastic location

This was our first time in this cute town, as we wanted to visit Niagra Falls yet stay away from the hubbub as it was Memorial Day weekend and voila, we found this beautiful abode. The place was peaceful, spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—right above Tim Horton’s, just a short walk across with street to Steelbound Brewery and less than 5 mins drive to the town with lot of food options. From there our drive to Niagra Falls was very scenic and about an hour and 20mins. Molly was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved this place and Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway

Excellent stay for a medical rotation study space. Dan was very responsive! I had everything I needed so I didn’t need to contact him. I was there during the rainy season and the balcony was a nice addition to enjoy coffee while listening to the storms. The neighbors were quiet with exception to about once a week when they would practice piano and singing. It was just loud enough for me to hear in the background of cooking and studying. Not obtrusive but almost like my own private concert. I found it to be a nice surprise because they are quite talented. They were never heard after 8pm. Easy <10 minute drive to LECOM and Gannon. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Walmart grocery, Factor meals, and DoorDash delivered easily. The back steps are steep as mentioned in the description (which I did not appreciate until after leg day at the gym lol), but this is typical for historic homes. Overall, I highly recommend this very clean, very spacious, and conveniently located property.

Beautifully decorated apartment above a very good spot for coffee. We stayed for 6 nights and would gladly have stayed more if time allowed. Beds and furniture are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with all needed tools and appliances. Would love to book again on our next trip to Erie.

Beautiful clean home !

An intimate location for a couple’s getaway for some quiet R&R. Lots of different restaurants in town, fantastic view, everything is well maintained and Jacob is fantastic in providing a whole slew of videos as how everything at Aranar works.

Staying at Korey and co.’s space was perfection! We had a large group of family and friends coming in for the weekend, and the space accommodated us perfectly. Communication beforehand was quick and easy. I had a few questions about amenities beforehand and was promptly responded to. Check-in was a breeze too! The separation of the guest house and the main house was a great way to split up a large group, without ever feeling on top of each other. Inside, everything was clean and well stocked in both houses. The outdoor area was incredible. A fire pit, abundant seating, and beautiful landscaping amidst a gorgeous backdrop of mountains made for perfect summer nights. Even during our stay, I had a question on locating a spare air mattress and was promptly responded to! All in all, Korey, Adam, and everyone else involved made for a memorable family and friends weekend, and we’d happily book again with them.

Owners were very responsive and helpful during booking and during our stay. The house is in the perfect location to walk to town for dinner or shopping. House amenities and pictures matched the description and were even better.
