Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chaumont-sur-Tharonne

We had an exceptional stay at our gorgeous house in Cellettes. It truly felt like a home away from home. Cellettes is very well located for visits to both the main Loire Valley castles as well as some of the lesser known ones. It’s also close to restaurants and shops by car, including an excellent Boulangerie and local produce store, making it a very convenient place to base your stay. The house itself is a beautiful traditional stone farmhouse which has been modernised inside whilst retaining its character. It’s beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and our very kind and welcoming hosts, Cathy and Reynald, had thought of everything their guests might need for a trouble free and comfortable stay. It was a really tranquil place to return to at the end of each day. We had a wonderful time, and I truly cannot recommend a stay here more highly. Stop searching. This is the place!

We had a lovely stay with friends and our children. Christophe greeted us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available when needed but everything necessary was already in place for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend it!

We had a very comfortable overnight stay in Tiphaine's gite. Everything was as expected and she was very responsive and amenable about our stay. The instructions she sent were very clear and easy to follow. The decor in the rooms is very tasteful, the layout is good and it is in a very peaceful spot.

Thanks to Changdrin and Dnie for the really warm hospitality! We came from Korea, and we heard that the castles of Région Centre and the Bobal Zoo were very beautiful and famous, so we decided to go. I was worried about the language barrier, but the owners were very kind and helpful. In addition, it was very useful that you prepared a detailed guide to the surrounding activities. The accommodation was really perfect: it was clean, spacious and convenient. I slept comfortably, and the small garden was really nice. It was the perfect place to have breakfast outside or enjoy a barbecue. It was really convenient that the owners responded quickly to questions. If you're coming to this area, I definitely recommend this beautiful village and accommodation. It's a place that made our trip even more special!

We had a great time in Avignon. The house is spacious, well-equipped, the garden is very nice. This place has everything to make you feel at home. It is minutes from the equestrian park. We'll be happy to go back!

House nestled in a green setting, very quiet, well-equipped, very spacious (there were 11 of us and we didn't step on each other's toes at all, responsive hosts, tastefully decorated, many activities possible on site. On the other hand, not very well signposted. We had to ask neighbors but it's really not a big deal. It's only for the first time and we'll definitely be back.

We had an excellent stay! We were very warmly greeted by the host and felt welcome and very much at home. The venue is excellent - we took it as a hub to visit Loire castles, but also to relax a play ping pong. We can recommend the house and the hosts by all means.

So many positive things to say about the apartment-great location, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen including toaster, kettle, microwave as well as hob and oven. Comfortable bed and sofa, lots of outlets to charge electronics. Everything you need for a day or a week. Nassim is an excellent host and has created a wonderful space to stay. Be mindful of the club below which can be lively with music in the evening.

Last minute booking to stay one night at Elodie’s place as we passed through Orleans. Elodie responded very quickly, with clear instructions for check in. House was clean, tidy, comfortable, with a great location close to local attractions and restaurants. A lovely stay!

Great authentic accommodation with a lot of charm, right in the middle of Blois.

Well-equipped studio, located in the historic center, allowing you to visit many nearby sites. Carine is attentive to requests.

Our 2 nights in Blois we made extra special with our stay at this AirBnb. Perfect location a block or 2 away from all the restaurants, shopping and chateau’s. Plenty of amenities and everything was exactly as listed. It was lovely to have coffee in the morning on the cute patio while we planned our day. Thanks again Eddy. Note: if you are driving, the parking spot for this AirBnb courtyard is little. Large cars or SUV’s will need to find street parking. That being said our mid-sized rental fit and it was nice to park secure behind a locked gate.

Yannick was an extremely good host, his home is beautiful and very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. I can highly recommend this home and would definitely rebook with Yannick.

From the first contacts, everything was perfect. Carmen, who has always been very responsive and responded to any requests we had. Listing is as described. Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded lot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt right at home during this short stay. We would definitely recommend Carmen's house for a visit to Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

With this welcoming and functional house that benefits from a large garden at the back, you will have the opportunity to visit Sancerre, Aubigny and the surroundings, while having the possibility of gathering a dozen people around the barbecue and in quite spacious rooms. Carole is a responsive host and offers very clean accommodation. Don't hesitate!

Beautiful home with great setup to spend time with friends and family. Plenty for kids to do and heated pool with cover makes swimming possible even if the weather isn’t perfect. The kitchen area is a bit tight if you’re planning to make meals for a large group. Due to the setting with farms nearby there were quite a few flies in the house if the windows were left open. Overall we loved the house and would rent again if we came back to the area. The host was responsive

Fabiens place is lovely. The space is larger than expected. The shower room is great. The dressing room a nice touch, the open plan to downstairs feels nice. The place is tastefully decorated and has a lot of character. One very minor criticism it would be that the pool cover is a chore to put on and take off. An mechanised cover would make a difference. However it is a great size and was very comfortable to swim in given that it is well heated. I would recommend anybody to use Fabiens place for a shorter or longer stay. It was a joy to be there for our family of 4 and we would consider visiting again sometime.

We had a great time at Anthony's house with the family. The house is perfectly as advertised, very clean, spacious and well-equipped, ideal for a stay with several people. Anthony was a particularly attentive host and allowed us to leave a little later, which was greatly appreciated. Fluid and responsive communication. this house is amazing because of its peaceful location in the middle of the forest. A beautiful enchanted interlude that brings calm and serenity. Equipment, bikes and games that exceeded our expectations. We were 10 girls and the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite numerous. The atmosphere of the house is great and it feels perfectly good. It's extremely welcoming and the impression is that it's inhabited and not a rental. It feels like home. An experience to redo. If you're bringing children, they'll be thrilled. And if you come without you, you can go back to childhood. Thanks to Alexis for this wonderful experience.

We offered 3 unforgettable days to our children and grandchildren!!!! Obviously with the sun, the hot pool was occupied from morning to night!!! The welcome and arrangements with Elodie, allowed me to enjoy my whole family!
