House in the heart of a picturesque and labeled village. You will be independent, in a perfectly equipped house: kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, traditional ovens and microwave, 2 double bedrooms, terrace with barbecue in a closed and private garden. Ideal for disconnecting in the countryside, while being in the heart of the village. If needed, I live nearby in the village. Free parking at 20 meters. If you wish, end of stay cleaning for €40 if you wish.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Nice little 45 m2 house, with 2 bedrooms upstairs + sofa bed in the living room. Located near Châteauneuf sur Charente train station, 5 min walk, for direct train access to Angoulême. Located near a bakery and also the village with grocery stores. Busy street depending on the time of day. The house is located near the Bain des Dames, swimming area on the Charente, with the Flow bike. No pets allowed. Part of the house will be inaccessible.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

Île de Saintonge – A private island on the Charente

Private island in a Natura 2000 site. The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.
