We had a great time. There are many activities nearby: visit Île-aux-Coudres (30 min.), hike to Mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) and shopping in the town of Baie-Saint-Paul (10 min.). The beds were very comfortable. The common area is very bright and the small balcony is well oriented to enjoy the sun. A small point to improve is that we would have liked the grass surrounding the outdoor fireplace to be cut as it was long and did not make us want to go there. The description of the chalet accurately reflects what is there. We recommend this cottage!

We loved our stay at Lise’s space. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Located away from the busy city area yet a very short and inexpensive uber ride into the heart of the city. We even walked back a couple of times in the evening it was close enough. Highly recommended staying here.

We were so pleased with our stay! Cottage with a beautiful view, warm atmosphere, lots of cooking equipment. Very clean and tidy place. Lyne is very available to answer questions, she responds very quickly and seems to have the well-being of her guests at heart! I would highly recommend :)

The best accommodation in our trip, with great views of the ski slope and quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. The place was easy to find, parking just outside the house and supermarket was just 5 mins away.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts thought of everything — from fully stocked dishes and cozy bedding to coffee and thoughtful snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the grounds were immaculate. We met Holly during our stay and she was so sweet. Although we didn’t meet Nadine in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again — it truly felt like a home away from home.

We had a very pleasant three weeks at our host's. She is extremely kind, discreet and always smiling, and we enjoyed chatting with her a lot. The suite is comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The garden is beautiful, a real peaceful little haven. And special mention for his cat Billy, absolutely adorable! Clean space as described within walking distance to all Quebec City attractions. Parking spot is small so we opted to leave the car in the garage and take Ubers or walk to the Old City. I think overall good value compared to staying in a hotel, however be aware there is a homeless shelter one block away where a number of homeless people are milling about on the sidewalk so walking home at night from the wrong direction was a little sketchy. Not a problem for four adults but not ideal if traveling with small children in my opinion.

A perfect woodland retreat! We had the most peaceful and restorative stay at this beautiful country cottage nestled in the woods among the ferns. The setting is truly magical - quiet, serene and surrounded by nature, with the gentle sounds of the adjacent pond adding to the sense of calm. The.cottage itself was spotless, very tastefully decorated and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's clear that great care has gone into making it feel like a home away from home. Our two dogs were warmly welcomed and we were delighted to see two picturea that actually resembled them up on the wall! They absolutely loved taking a walk along the nearby country road. It felt like a hidden escape but it's only minutes into town - so convenient while still feeling a world away. We left feeling recharged after a very long drive from the east coast and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace. comfort and a connection to nature.

Friendly host who was very responsive. Good place for a short visit. I’d echo previous guests that the stairs are treacherous and unavoidable, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, this isn’t a good fit. The space: you enter on the ground floor to the kitchen/dining (well supplied for cooking) and down the stairs, through a hallway with laundry, and then to the bathroom (great shower) and main room where the bed is located. The desk and office chair pictured in the listing is no longer there - replaced with a table and regular chairs.

Thank you for your hospitality, communication is super simple, the place is perfect for the moment of rest in nature that I needed. A big wow! I'll definitely go back there or I'll try another of your locations. The fact that I can bring my big dog is also a huge plus for me. Thanks!

The accommodation is impeccable, clean and very comfortable. A small intimate corner where it is good to breathe the air of the river and observe the birds in peace.
