Welcome to Les Sables! Nice 32 m2 studio located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the boardwalk. A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Ideal location facing the sea and close to Arago, the beach below and a very rare 180° view over the rooftops of the bay. This 32 m2 apartment is a real favorite. Fully equipped kitchen, new sofa bed 09/2023, 140 bed, comfort mattress, sea view and a folding bed for a child. Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, fan... Possibility to park your bikes in a private courtyard in the building. All shops and many restaurants are within walking distance.

Studio with independent entrance in house, ideally located, 1 km from the beaches and close to shops. The studio consists of a living room/kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed, (you can't stand up) and a bathroom, opens onto a terrace for outdoor dining. I live in the main house with my 2 daughters, and there is another place to rent on the ground floor of the house. Outdoor shower (return from the beach).

It has a balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny days. A private covered parking space is available in the basement of the residence, ensuring you don't have to look for a parking space. Free parking is also available on the street.
