Vacation rentals with lake access in Chartrons, Bordeaux

We spent a few days with family and the house is great. Very easy directions and a great location for visiting Bordeaux. We hope to come back again Virginia

Delphine was a fantastic host! Being a large group, it’s always hard to find a suitable place but this was perfect. Watersports on our door step, and beautiful sunsets every night. As a host, Delphine was great… always answered my messages and helped when we had a huge storm that stopped the electrics for some hours! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Our stay at Remi’s place was beyond expectations. The property is beautiful (even better than photos) & all of the amenities are right where you need them. Our check-in time was flexible & were met at the gate when we arrived. Our room was in pristine condition, the kitchen was beautiful & we loved the little porch area where we could have our morning coffee. And the saltwater pool is amazing; perfect temp & all. We would definitely stay here again in the future & recommend it to anybody looking for a peaceful stay in the beautiful town of Portets.

Auguste's home was perfect for a family holiday. The house is large, airy and features lots of areas to relax and socialise in. The surrounding gardens, pool and dock are stunning. The home is situated at a quiet lane with Auguste next door. He was an attentive and helpful host and gave us all the space we needed. Our group did not have a car so relied on taxis, with mixed results - so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks

We were a group of 8 adults. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the large living room and its backyard garden. The house is very close to public transport that took us to downtown Bordeaux and also close to different large supermarkets. Behind the house, you can access a forest area and small lakes that have a lot of charm. The host was very kind, answering our questions promptly, and his directions to the house were accurate. We would repeat the stay right now!!! Thank you for everything, Raphael.

Very good stay at Tanguy's, the accommodation is as described. Very quiet residence near the lake for a short walk and not too far from the city center of Bordeaux. Friendly and responsive host with clear explanations. I highly recommend this place.

We really liked the apartment, very cool interior, all amenities supplied including bowls for pets. Easy acces and parking based on the instructions. We felt at home and found everything for a comfortable stay. The location is pefect, walking distance to the market and the best part of Bordeaux. Andrew was also flexible with the check in and check out times which makes a huge difference when travelling with a pet. We had a great experience thank you! We will definitely choose this place again when travelling in Bordeaux.

Janine's property suited us perfectly. Walks from the property, supermarket (very good) nearby, award-winning pastry chef not too far away..... Bourg is a beautiful and interesting place and some of the Côte de Bourg wines are exceptional. Well located for Blaye - the citadel, the cliff, the ferry to cross the Gironde. The house is warm and cozy, but the electricity needs a little update, which we think will happen in the near future. The garden was perfect for dogs and there are great views from the patio which, in hot weather, would probably have been contemplated at leisure! Janine is friendly and responds quickly. We rarely go back to the properties but this could be an exception! A big thank you Janine and - maybe - see you soon.

We had a fantastic vacation with our two young kids. The accommodation really has everything for a super comfortable and laidback stay as a family. From outdoor kitchen to swimming pool, hammock and quiet, dark bedrooms. Everything is present. With the sea, the lake and the forests within walking and cycling distance for us a perfect location for balance in terms of peace and activity. We recommend this! We had a lovely time staying at Eric and Fabianne’s beautiful guest house. The riverside setting is idyllic, and we loved the picturesque rural surroundings and historic towns. Our hosts had everything on hand for our baby son and he had a very happy stay. The setting balances tranquility with easy access to shops and restaurants by car. It’s an ideal hub to explore Bordeaux. Huge thanks to our wonderful hosts.

Cute little cabin with everything you need. Marie sent very detailed information in advance, so we found everything well. The location is great for excursions in the region or to the beach.

We had a great time staying at Mylene's house with swimming at the lake 10 minutes away and a short walk to the market in 20 minutes. The terrain is large, there is shade. The chalet is very warm. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
