Great place to stay and right by the beach

Mike was the perfect host from start to finish. From the moment I booked his place until -- and even after! -- I checked out, Mike was helpful, friendly, and dedicated to making sure that I had an outstanding stay at his place. He and his team provided welcome snacks and beverages, extra laundry detergent and towels, and everything else I needed to feel at home. The condo was beautiful and spotless -- and what a location! Close to everything and yet at a delightful remove from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I had never been to Maui. The location of this condo in Kihei was superb. Super walkable to local spots, good coffee and food in both directions. We were directly across from the beach which was perfect and never crowded (even saw some sea turtles!) The condo itself was great. Clean, full stocked if you wanted to make something or heat up leftover food from dinner. There were beach chairs and umbrellas there for us to use which was awesome. One of the chairs was broken and the management team replaced it early the next day. We definitely would stay here again. Couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed at Tray's place for 10 days and absolutely loved it. The apartment was cozy and cute, with comfy bed and everything we needed. We also really loved the location. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Last but not least, it was a pleasant surprise for us to find snorkelling googles, fins and beach chairs in the apartment! Would definitely book again and recommend it to everyone.

Die Wohnung von Annie ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die gepflegte Anlage befindet sich gleich neben den ganzen Luxushotels in Wailea mit direktem Strandzugang. Es ist wie im Paradies dort. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Airbnb zu Gast. Badetücher, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Kühltaschen und noch vieles mehr machen den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Kosmetika, Kaffee, Gewürze, Wattepads, ja sogar Schwimmwindeln waren vorhanden. Annie hat uns auch einen späteren Check out ermöglicht. Das Swimmingpool und der Strandpavillon sind ganz toll. Man kann dort auch seine Lebensmittel in Kühlschränke geben und auch Griller und Herd sind dort vorzufinden. Der Zugang zum bekannten Beachwalk befindet sich gleich neben dem Strand. Es war herrlich dort jeden Tag die 5 km zu gehen. Der Strand ist wunderschön dort. 100-prozentige Weiterenpfehlung. Unbedingt buchen, wenn man nach Maui kommt. Danke an Annie, die immer erreichbar war

This place was very clean and super easy to access. Also just an awesome location in general. We went to a few different beaches around Maui but this one was definitely one of the best. There were tide pools on the far left side of the beach and sandy rock-free beaches to the right. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The location within the village is great as you have a view of the water from the balcony and it’s not near any of the roads so it’s quiet. Snorkeling on the reefs at both the north and south ends of Mokapu beach was incredible and it was so nice to be able to walk down early when the water was calmest and the crowds hadn’t arrived. The whole area feels very quiet and peaceful and the grounds are very impressive.

Great location! Walking distance to a few excellent beaches. The place was quiet. Great views from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen. Mark was very responsive and gave us great recommendations.

This resort was in a fantastic location. The unit was cozy yet spacious, and it had everything we needed. If we needed anything else, the front desk was incredibly helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and appreciated that many stores & restaurants were within walking distance, with the beach just across from the resort. We loved staying at Tim's place and will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Kihei. The location is literally across the street from a beautiful beach, giving us a stunning sunset everyday. Not far down the road, you'll find plenty of great places to eat. We frequently visited a food truck oasis that had everything. The interior of the property was very clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The lanai had plenty of beach gear to use. I'd be happy to rent this property again. Mahalo!

This stay was excellent! The condo was in a perfect location and looked just like the photos! Leslie was great and also accommodated my late check out request! Beautiful scenery from the balcony. The pool was great to swim in daily, stores and restaurants very close as well. Definitely would stay here again!

What a beautiful condo with an AMAZING sunrise!!!! We sat on the lanai and watched the turtles, as well! Perfect spot! The short walk to Havens restaurant is definitely worth it!! Our host, Ralph, was very courteous and extremely helpful with a couple of minor incident’s. Loved working with him and looking forward to staying here again!!

Stunning! This unit has a prime location, very clean, super organized, perfect location and the view is AMAZING!! Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. I’m definitely coming back!

We loved our stay here at Francis’ place! We had everything we needed and the space felt so cozy and was perfect for our family of 3. The bed was huge and so comfortable! The AC was a huge plus as well. We had breakfast and coffee out on the patio and could see part of the ocean which was very nice. Very quiet, we didn’t hear any other people or cars or any disturbances. Lots of great places to eat that are walking distance from the air bnb. If we had any concerns we messaged Francis and he was quick to respond and remedy anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you

The location in Kihei was perfect for our trip to Haleakalā National Park, only a one-hour drive! There were also many beaches and restaurants within walking distance of the condo.

This location was right where we wanted to be for our trip to Hawaii. It was also our first time renting through Airbnb. Lisa made it easy to find the condo and was quick to respond with any questions. The condo had everything we needed for this trip. Thank you for hosting us!!

Overall, the place had great amenities and the location was amazing! Very close access to the beach, and a convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants around it!

Overall just as described and the bed was comfy. I also appreciate that there were beach items provided for free (three beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkelling goggles, rain umbrella/ rain hat, and two pool noodles). They had everything we needed for our trip!

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Really nice! Loved the view and the building is perfect direction for sunset. Condo was clean and big. The only thing I would say is that they should maybe add Tupperware and ziplocks but other than that the condo and host were great!!
