If you are booking this property in November or December 2023, the HOA is doing work on the far end units (124, 224, 324, and 424). They are resurfacing the beach side of the building and replacing doors and windows. Please keep this in mind while booking. (Per the HOA, constructions should be paused around Thanksgiving and Christmas). This property is in a quiet residential community. Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike.
