Condo vacation rentals in Charleston County

Perfect place all around. A great distance from the main city, where we easily ubered back and forth for nights out. A lot of commercial businesses just five minutes from the home too.

Charlie's place was the perfect home base while we attended a tennis camp at the Seabrook Island Racquet Club. The location was super convenient, about a mile away from the tennis club. The condo was bright and modern, with an open, spacious layout. We especially loved sitting on the screened-in porch and gazing at the marsh, where every few minutes a unique and beautiful bird would miraculously appear. We greatly enjoyed an evening walk down the long dock where we were able to take in more of the marsh and creek. The free bikes were another plus. We took a ride through some gorgeous neighborhoods to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, etc. also came in handy on another beach trip. One other wonderful coincidence was discovering that a player on my tennis court was friends with Charlie, which made us feel welcomed into the apparently close-knit Charleston community. Our best dinner by far was at The Lost Isle, a NYTimes pick as a Top-50 restaurant in the country.

We loved the place! Everything worked as it was supposed to. We look forward to coming back in the future!

We have friend that live in Monck Corner so we travel there frequently. We have stayed at other Airbnb’s before, however, this one is hands down our favorite. Price was comparable to local hotel prices but had all the extra amenities. It was clean and cute. Perfect size for my family of four with two small children. Also, loved that the grocery was right around the corner making shopping for the weekend super easy. We have committed to returning here for every stay.

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

We had a lovely stay in Kiawah, and Christian’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach, comfortable and well equipped.

We loved our stay in Folly Beach!!! The place was beautiful and in a perfect location. 5 minute drive to the beach and all the restaurants you could want. They had beach chairs and towels available which was awesome. Definitely would recommend !!!

Beautiful condo! Just steps from the pier, restaurants, Bert's market. Furnishings lovely; kitchen fully equipped. Easy checkin and out. Allison very responsive and helpful. Elevator wasn't working when we arrived but repairs were being made.

Kathy was the best hostess we have ever encountered. We felt right at home. She is very respectful and responsive to any questions. She provided the best snacks and several beverage choices after check in . She checked in often to see if we needed anything . Definitely would stay again if in the area . You will absolutely love this hostess 🩷

We had an awesome stay here! The place was extremely clean and the hosts made sure we had more than everything we needed. The neighborhood was a fun, tranquil, and walkable area with lots of restaurants (loved Fuel Charleston nearby!) which I enjoyed even more than the major sights in Charleston itself! Would definitely rebook.

Nice, clean, and convenient place. We loved the proximity to the pool. At the last minute, we left our dogs at home, but we would choose to return to Steve's place if we bring the dogs in the future. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the unit was. We never heard the guests who were above us, and only heard the neighbors to the side when they entered their unit.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

We had a great family vacation at this AirBnB on the Isle of Palms. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well, the beach trolley, toys, umbrella, and chairs were handy. I wish beach towels had been provided. The location is nice and peaceful but there aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby and you need to pay attention to high traffic times when you want to leave the island. Easy 7 or so minute walk to the beach. We had a great time and would stay again!

The condo felt very cozy and comfortable. It was clean and well-furnished with everything we needed. The location was quiet and private, with a pool just steps away from the condo. Timothy was a responsive host any time I messaged with a question. This was our first visit to Seabrook Island, but it will not be our last. I would definitely look to book again with Timothy in this condo.

Fantastic location with great access to the beach (5 minute walk). Good chairs, umbrella and beach cart made it easy. A few details could be better : kitchen faucet loose, cabinet pulls loose/cheap in one bathroom, dining chair seats in bad condition under the cushion, no kitchen scissors for opening food packaging, shower curtain in one of the bathrooms isn't a preference (just little stuff....not make or break issues). These are small things that the Owner could upgrade. All in all we had a wonderful time and loved the place...view out at the pool and lots of palm trees was lovely!

This was a perfect experience for my family. Everything was clearly communicated, the condo was clean and fresh. The complex was clean and peaceful, we enjoyed the fishing dock and the teen kids walked to the beach. This is Exactly how Airbnb is supposed to work. Great place!
