Holly‘s home was absolutely amazing! The whole decor kitchen and everything was completely remodeled and stunning. The fenced in backyard and play area was perfect for our cousin trip with three-year-olds and a five-year-old grandparents and two families. The sleeping arrangements were amazing and as I mentioned, the home was just absolutely beautiful. There’s a park that’s walkable and it was close to lots oflocal spots that we checked out such as Maymont farm.

Another wonderful stay for a weekend getaway with other couples and kids. Bunk room and garage game room were perfect separation for kids to have their own space. Lots of nature in this area- crabs, eagles, perch, turtles, frogs and catfish to name a few critters! House had every convenience of home- trash bags, laundry supplies, dishwasher pods, soap, laundry baskets and cleaners. It was so nice to arrive and not have to go out for basic supplies!

We had a great stay here. The resort was very nice and had plenty to do. The kids really enjoyed the pool after a day of being out. Its location is great for all the local attractions as well as shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to Williamsburg.

5 stars - A Wonderful Stay in Richmond! I can’t thank Mathew enough for helping me and my family with a last-minute reservation. From the moment we arrived, the house felt just like home. The booking process was smooth and easy, and Mathew was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed. It comfortably fit our whole family and made our special visit to Richmond, Virginia, truly memorable. We are so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here.

Dan and Sam were very friendly, responsive hosts. The house and setting were beautiful and perfect for a family. The toys and books in the kids' room were a huge hit, and we all enjoyed the ample outdoor seating and very comfy beds. The ferry was super convenient and fun to watch, without actually hearing any traffic. And we saw so many osprey and bald eagles from the porch! I was charged with finding a rental for 6 adults and 3 kids, and each adult (and my kids) told me that this home was a gem! I'm so grateful to Dan and Sam for sharing their home with our family!

We had a fantastic stay at Tracy and Bob's home! It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of historic charm. The location was ideal — right across from William Byrd Park and a 15-minute walk to Carytown, offering the best of both city and nature. The space had plenty of parking and excellent amenities, and our hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible. It was the perfect spot for our bachelorette getaway. Thank you, Tracy and Bob!

Mustafa was wonderful to communicate. Inside of home was just a pictured. CLEAN, big open floorplan. Was great to have a private bathroom in each bedroom - plus a main level small powder room. Stocked with basics to accommodate our cooking needs. We always bring anything "extra" we think we might need. Bed linens and comforters were GREAT! Water pressure and showers were GREAT. Did hear the train a few times during our stay - nothing that felt disruptive to us at all. Parking was difficult at the back of the home - 2 tight spaces in gravel - with not a lot of room to back up, we have larger SUV vehicles. All of our activities were away from the house (10-15 minutes away), thus convenient. If you are looking for somewhere with an outside area to visit - not a good fit. However, we were mostly inside visiting and traveling to other places (Wedding activities) - it was perfect fit for our needs. Thank you Mustafa!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. This older home in a quiet older neighborhood is well-maintained, thoughtfully updated, cozy, and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, and the check-in process was a breeze. We appreciated the ample off-street parking and the layout, which easily accommodated the multiple generations of our family during our gathering in Richmond. Plus, the location was ideal—less than 15 minutes to downtown. Mayra, our host, made us feel very welcome and was quick to respond to any questions. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. (including a crib and bassinet) There is a large private fenced backyard and a nice office area. I would certainly stay here again.

Aside from the long drive (45 minutes!) to Williamsburg, Blue Heaven is a perfect family getaway/family reunion spot and very accommodating for a large group (sleeps 10 and is a great entertaining space!). Stacy was extremely responsive and took care of any problems straight away. She also offered local recommendations. While we did not bring our dog, the property does allow them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect for a family gathering. Lots of bedrooms and space to hang out. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Good stay, was traveling with 2 couples, 2 young children, and a single adult, the place was plenty of room for all of us. The two living rooms was nice with such a large group.

Our extended family of 14 had an amazing time exploring the battlefields of Petersburg, riding coasters at Busch Gardens and slipping down the water slides at Water Country USA! Amanda’s place was so inviting and beautiful! We enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds from the living room every morning. The beds were amazingly comfortable too 👏 Very accommodating!!

This beautiful home was exactly what I needed to house my extended family to be close to a graduation venue. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were so helpful in EVERY way, truly going above and beyond. Older homes have character, and upkeep can be a challenge. However, here the interior was spotless, and exceeded my expectations, 10/10. The exterior had a couple spots that could use attention, but was overall very nice. Beds: quality mattresses, linens, and pillows! Even the day bed downstairs was super comfy. Kitchen: clean and well-stocked. All the essentials and some extras were available. Backyard: amazing! We made use of as much as we could, weather permitting. The gazebo is a lovely place to gather. And the pickleball court—OMG—we literally spent hours on it! We also played corn hole and other games. All in all, a fantastic weekend, and this home is at the top of my list for Richmond. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

The house was extremely clean and neat and in a very quiet neighborhood. It looked just like the pictures and necessities were provided. James was a good communicator and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for our needs.

Amazing home, very spacious for 8 people. I brought my 2 toddlers and 8 month and they were able to run around freely. The rooms were spacious and homey. Loved the decoration and the amenities. :) It was only a 15min drive to the city so it was perfect.

We booked Vacation Village 4br timeshare through Andy but it was full. Andy was able to leverage his connections and find us a 3br HOUSE at Kings Creek Plantation through Spinnaker which was better, I think! We had a full 3br/4bath house to ourselves with three porches in a peaceful setting. Absolutely recommend Kings Creek Plantation through Andy. Close to everything and amazing setting. So quiet and pencil. We will be back!

Ten out of ten air bnb! Wish my family and I could have stayed longer. The condo was perfect for my big family to all have our own rooms. It was also great for us to enjoy meals together. The amenities were great too.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed everything the home offered. Lots of things for the kids to do. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much! The home and property were better in person. Super clean and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend and will return for sure!

Perfect place for our family who were in Richmond for a wedding. Our host could not have been more accommodating, even purchasing a steamer for 14 people in formal attire. The house was set up for any occasion you could imagine.

We had a great stay at Vacation Village! Check in was easy and everyone was very efficient-Chris gave us all the information we needed and made sure to welcome us when we arrived and to let him know if we had any concerns! We were situated close to everything we wanted to visit, which was so convenient! We had plenty of room and felt very comfortable-it was great having a bathroom accessible from each bedroom! It was an awesome trip-we were sad to leave, but take with us some wonderful memories-thank you!!
