Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Chapel Hill

Our stay at Amanda’s place was short but sweet! We really enjoyed how cozy this house was. We came down to bring our kids to the Museum of Life and Science and the house was only 4 minutes away from the museum. The location was great and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. We were provided with plenty of towels and everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay and very accommodating considering our stay was last minute. We will definitely stay again when coming back to the area!

Truly one of the best thought out stays I’ve experienced. Jim and Donna have planned for many details, from a place to dry dishes to tissues to extra bath towels. The kitchen is well stocked and there is nothing missing you could need! They’ve even made sure to have plenty of outlets in the nightstand lamps. The fenced yard is great for pets and a good size lot. A peaceful and ideal location for Durham.

For me this was a great experience! She has a great space to cook in. Her back yard was open and airy. The bed was very comfortable and Kay was quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely look forward to booking again.

Loved our stay at Villa Pinea. We are MCM lovers and this home is a perfect time capsule. The design and furniture are super livable and beautiful. The space is perfect for a long stay. There are spaces for work, rest and hanging out. The kitchen has everything and the listing is well stocked with all you need for coffee or big dinner. During the day, the house is serene and peaceful with views of nature from every window. At night you will be joined by all the sounds of nature including frogs and an occasional screech owl. This is a great place for rest and relaxation and Durham/ Chapel Hill are both 10 minutes away.

10 out of 10 would recommend this beautiful historic home. With old bones and updated features it was a beautiful stay!! my kids loved it. They loved the bunkbeds that they got to sleep in. I actually went to Graham North Carolina for a wedding for military family and this was a perfect place to stay wasn’t too far to the inner city wasn’t too far from downtown historic Graham. I do plan on returning eventually and hopefully we’ll be able to book with him again!!

We had a wonderful stay at William's place! The house was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which made meals super easy. Our kids absolutely loved the tree house in the backyard - such a fun and unique touch! The master bathroom felt like a spa, with a gorgeous glass shower and soaking tub. It was peaceful, quiet home with the bonus of laundry machines, which came in very handy. William was a fantastic host - a great communicator and incredibly supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The Blue House was perfect for our family and our first visit to Cary! Centrally located and so walkable to many fun attractions! If you are there on a Saturday heck out the farmers market! The house was pure perfection from the layout to the consideration of having coffee for us to use! So clean and dog friendly and had lots of great amenities. We will be back! Thank you Christian!

Great stay right outside of downtown Graham. Quick 10 minute walk to downtown area with restaurants, bars, coffee, and a fun soda shop! The house was beautiful and very spacious. Hot tub was clean and private. Will definitely stay again!

Erin's place was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The place included extra amenities with white noise machine in bedrooms, games for the kid, and extra towels and linens. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all items needed for short stay and for cooking. Erin was very friendly, responsive, and proactive in instructions. Overall, the place feels peaceful and secluded.

Great spot to stay. Very close to downtown. I was taking Lime scooters in to a conference and was there in 5-10 minutes. Apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures

Eight of us rented this house for a book club 20th anniversary celebration. It is an older building, but has been beautifully renovated and modernized. The kitchen was well-equipped, including basic supplies and the entire place was immaculate. I believe this is the first Airbnb I have rented that had enough towels for everyone. It also had a lovely back porch for morning coffee and adequate parking. The owners answered any questions almost immediately in addition to providing detailed information about the house and Durham on their Airbnb page. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Durham.

We stayed in this little piece of paradise while visiting family. It was exactly what we needed. The home was beautiful and farm was so peaceful. We will definitely use this home again for further visits.

The place is close to Durham center city and Raleigh Durham airport and in a private neighborhood that's not too busy. The house is neat, comfortable and all listed amenities are avaliable in the house.

We were happy to find this rental on a busy graduation weekend. The place is beautiful and clean with all the essentials. Most important to me-- the bed was a super comfy king with great linens. The bathroom and kitchen were also great and the location was quiet, in a transitional neighborhood. Some places renovated, some awaiting a re-do. The entrance is at the rear of the house and feels safe and private.

Melissa was great and so was the apartment! She was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is located on a beautiful farm with lots of outdoor space. Close enough to town to get what you need quickly and conveniently, and secluded enough to feel like you’re out in your own quiet and peaceful space.

We had a GREAT stay here! The building amenities were awesome (especially the pool!) and the apartment was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and as expected based on description. We would stay here again.

This was not my first stay at the Scout House, and it will not be my last. Everything about it is perfection - from the location, to the property, to the sensational hosts (Marie & BJ). My stay was delightful in every way and I cannot wait to return!

10/10 would absolutely recommend! Super cozy for a girl's weekend. The grounds are gorgeous, peaceful and private. We loved hanging down by the pond and walking through the woods. Inside is comfy and cozy. I had trouble opening the door when I first got there and Daniel was super responsive, calling within seconds to help me. Of course I was able to get it open right as he answered. The place is perfect and my 5 star review is accurate, we would absolutely stay again - but just a heads up the owners are offering a free return night in exchange for a 5 star review, which may bias some reviews.

Peaceful and relaxing stay. We had everything we needed upon arrival. The Grandkids were never bored between hiking to explore the river to running under the trees playing tag to roasting marshmallows in the firepit. We even had a movie night on the projection screen.

Beautiful home, peaceful, exactly what we were looking for, for our family. Our boys enjoyed the fishing, using the kayaks, and fire pit. The chickens were very entertaining! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely plan another trip! Many thanks to the host!

This was a really really cute stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay and was surprised how efficient the whole space was regardless off the small home. Very clean, had multiple kitchen utensils, washroom is clean, the sleeping area was quite fun. Lot of options there too. Overall 10/10!! Liz and her co-host were very helpful and responsive.

This house had all the “things” that you forgot and needed! Lots of special touches. We loved the swing in the living room right by the window! Very private and quiet but also very easy to find. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have stayed at Betty’s Ray Family Farm several times and we have always enjoyed it. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Lovely places to walk. The lake right in front of the cabin makes fishing easy. The children enjoy fishing, riding in the golf cart, seeing the Oreo cows, and feeding the horses.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The wife and I just needed a little getaway and this was everything we were looking for the lake was beautiful and great for fishing. Even our puppy. Had a great time. Would recommend going back.
