Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Chao Phraya River

This was my first time to Bangkok and my favourite thing about it was Aster9 House. The house is located walking distance from BTS and the neighbourhood has many restaurant options. The room was impeccably clean as well. Most importantly, the airbnb is run by one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. Kanta and his mom genuinely care about the well-being and experience of travellers. You want to book this place. Trust me. Also, breakfast is top notch.👌🏻

We would definitely recommend staying at this place. Duke and his family are the best hosts we've had with airbnb so far! They really want you to have the best time possible in Ayutthaya: organizing a boat trip, massage in the garden, tips for food to try, dropping us off at evening markets, answering all our questions regarding to the life and habits in Ayutthaya,.. We also want to emphasize how relaxing the accomodation is, including the homemade breakfast along the river!

The room looked exactly like the photos. The part I was most satisfied with was the bed and pillows — they were soft and very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy, with great natural lighting. All the staff were very friendly.

I had a great stay for a month here. It's an old building and there were a few maintenance issues, but they were fixed promptly. Weekly cleaning was efficient and convenient. Turn left out of the hotel and there are a handful of restaurants, two 7-11's, two Amazon cafes, KFC, and a Lotus megamart with a food court, all within a few minutes of walking. In the same direction, it's 15-20 minutes to walk to the Hua Mak train station, down the street and to the left. Host was responsive and the ladies on staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

This place was perfect, clean and decorated well. The breakfast was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful. A great price, very worth it.

I enjoyed my stay a lot, I was alone, so the size of the room and the price was perfect for me. And Maria was very kind to allow me to check in early and provide discount whenever I dine in her restaurant downstairs. 7 eleven was just next door, and there is yoga studio 5 mins walk and Pilates studio 3 mins walk which I tried and loved it. I would stay again whenever I’m back in Bangkok. Thank you for the lovely accommodation.

Located in Soi 15, Sukhumvit Soi 15, surrounded by the busiest area, there are many good restaurants within walking distance.The room is the same as the photos, the service is always timely and enthusiastic, the boss can answer my questions like a friend, it is my best choice to visit Bangkok again.

Family of 6 traveling through Asia. The place was not what we thought it was going to be. But it is a hostel style room. The price, is what is normal for Bangkok. The area was not really that far away from everything. You have to want to walk. The BTS is close, the ferry is close. Two 7-11 are close. All the neighbors were friendly. Many food places to choose from. Danee, the host was on top of everything. Such a great host. The room is cramped, so if you’re going to just hang in the room it will fill tight. Keep in mind the price and the private bathroom and the breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. I give it 4.5 stars because it is represented as what it is. This place was amazing! Walking distance from the tube (Bts) and the Pier to take a ride on the river the fastest and beautiful way to reach the grand palace. Jib is an amazing host, give me a lot of useful advice

Great stay. The ladies at the reception are great! Always there for you, friendly, very helpful. Laundry service possible at a fair price. I extended a few more nights, everything worked smoothly. If I come back to Bangkok, I'd love to come back.

I had a flight leaving early the next day from BKK and this hostel had the perfect location for it. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and the host and staff very friendly and helpful.

This accommodation is ideally located along a pleasant canal with many restaurants around. It is also a 5-minute walk to Kaoh San Road. The listing is as described and worth the price. The mattresses are actually a little hard but you get used to it. The hosts are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. Recommended!

This very well could be my favorite Airbnb in all of Thailand. Extremely clean home in an old Thai building. Very very clean bathroom and bedrooms. Kind family running a coffee shop downstairs with a delicious breakfast in the morning. Cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough.

Main road with a 7/11 is in 2min walking distance. Street noise is absent or negligible, nature is fairly audible which was fine for me. Appartment was fairly clean, spacious, and as described. Big plus for offering both AC and a fan which really helped on those days with 36 deg. Celsius. Staff was always very helpful. Breakfast is served for every party individually and varied by day - mainly some variation of fried eggs and toast with tea or coffee. I liked it. There is also drinking water. Neighborhood is ok but not so sightly.

Loved our time at this Airbnb, very family vibes with the other travelers staying there and the host was so hospitable. They have several breakfasts to choose from, I loved the roti and egg one! Definitely recommend staying here.

I’m very happy I could be the first one to stay at this incredibly nice house. They built it brand new, and it’s easy to tell. Everything is in perfect condition, has one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and the host in very friendly and kind. If you’re ever passing through the area, I recommend staying here:)
