It was a great and very calm place to stay!

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

The apartment is ideal for a couple or family with children. The airline/aviation theme and decor can be observed all around. Lots of time and effort was given to every detail in the house. It is very nice. We arrived late at night. The place was easy to find and get inside. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. They are close shop, stores, restaurants, etc. The place was clean and well organized. It has everything you may need. The apartment is bright and modern. The host was very helpful and accommodating to what we needed. They set up the patio and made it available for us to use it and grill. Unfortunately, We had a busy week and were gone during the day. If you are a couple, or a couple with two kids; this is your place!

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

We spent a very pleasant few days visiting Washington D.C. and the local area. Metro access was easy, we parked at West Falls Church. Accommodation had everything we needed, definitely worth the stay.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

this place was perfect for my 2.5 year leukemia follow up. I had four very large, very heavy bags because I was in transit to another country for a three month stay. I was able to look each bag, one by one, from Theresa’s place to the hospital in about 10 minutes per walk, plus time in the gate house. If you need a place close to the NIH for your visit, don’t hesitate – it’s perfect.

Imad’s home was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed, including a convenient home office setup with an extra monitor—making it easy to stay productive. The house was spotless and located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt completely at home and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Virginia.

We had a wonderful stay at Shafia’s place! We enjoyed the area and rode the Metro from the Franconia Springfield station into DC. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for us. (Girls’ Trip!) We visited AmThai close by, Mount Vernon, Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant, The Library of Congress (tickets in advance), Zaytinya (reservations), the National Portrait Gallery, Virtue Feed & Grain (reservations), Old Town Alexandria, Old Town Books, the Swiss Bakery nearby, Barca (reservations), and Tous Les Jours Bakery & Cafe. This was easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! The place was extremely clean and felt very well cared for. The couches were super comfortable, and there was no shortage of entertainment — from the huge TV in the living room to the ping pong table and even the spacious dining area for games or meals. The LED lights gave the whole place a relaxing, ambient vibe that made it feel like home. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the shampoo and soaps provided. Overall, a fantastic experience — would absolutely stay here again!

This is our third stay this year with Brad&Erin; it’s hard to even want to book elsewhere when everything is perfect at their properties!

We booked this for our family that was visiting from Europe. The house had all the amenities that we were looking for. The host was extremely nice, we needed a pack n play and even though they didn’t have one they were kind enough to get it for us on short notice. We were able to accommodate our whole family and had a really good time. The house was very clean and the hot tub was a very good addition. We really enjoyed our stay.

From the time I made the reservation a few months prior, Joshua was always available and provided very useful information! He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He maintained contact during our stay in a very responsive way, but not intrusive. We highly recommend the farm and beautiful home and Joshua as the host!! Wonderful stay! Host was very proactive in communicating, the location was easy to find and check-in was super simple. The location is fantastic, with Giant, Walgreens and some fast food within a half mile. Also super close to Old Town Manassas for more food and entertainment. Simple drive from Dulles. Great experience!

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

Hosts were very helpful and very responsive when I had questions. The place was exactly as described. We were able to walk to our destination easily. The house was very neat and clean.

We came for a graduation and Bill’s space was perfect for what we needed: private, clean, and comfortable. He was welcoming but not intrusive, and we felt safe. We’d definitely stay again!

Comfortable quiet condo. Across road from a playing field and walking trails. Comfortable bed, good shower, extras ( food staples, umbrella, tennis rackets etc ). Abaad very attentive, and responsive. ( watch his getting to condo video- 3rd out of 4 buildings, entrance at back ). We felt like we had a new friend in texting and speaking to him . We stayed 4 nights. Would recommend.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Katie’s place was exceptional. It was spotless, stylish, and felt newly renovated. You truly can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Leesburg, yet peacefully tucked away on a quiet, charming street. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large, the kitchen was modern and has everything you need, and parking was a breeze. Every detail made for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Katie’s place for anyone visiting the area.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)
