Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

My family and I stayed at this beautifully renovated house in a quiet little village and absolutely loved it. It was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay. The pool was the icing on the cake. Amaury and Stylite were excellent hosts and were very communicative throughout the stay. Anything we needed to ask they replied immediately. We would highly recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

Very nice and clean accommodation with beautiful decoration, all the amenities you need are available (children's equipment as well) The pool and game room are perfect for enjoying with the kids! We'll come back to that again.

Lovely stay at a renovated historical location. The garden is big, with a swimming pool, the appartment has all the modern equipment you need and there is a great room with all kinds of stuff for kids to play with. Great place to stay for families with young adults.

Thank you for accommodating our family for our 2nights stay. Place was tidy, in very central location, the host was quickly responding and we had everything we needed. It was handy to have pizza place right at the front door and self check helped massively too. Highly recommended. Thank you

Spacious and bright accommodation, easy access 3 min walk to subway. The terrace and small garden are nice, check-in and checkout are very easy with the code system at the door. I recommend it!

Cottage very well located for my work. Bus service right next door. The cottage is really good. Welcomed with madeleines 🤤🤤 and a bottle of water. It has all the necessary comforts. I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I would highly recommend it.

We had a delightful stay of 6 days. Lovely outlook from the deck. Easy walk to supermarket. Pretty strolls around the canals. 10 minutes to walk into town and the sights. Easy parking too. Everything worked. Would love to stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition center. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbors. Access to the exhibition center is very simple and quick: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to highlight the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

We had a great time with friends in Philippe and Nathalie's cottage! Excellent contact before and on site, really nice cottage in a very pleasant environment (nature, quiet). Everything was impeccable and we found the bedding to be excellent, which is really appreciated when you go on a trip! The introduction to horseback riding in the forest was a great time with extra guides! Recommended! Thank you very much!

Great stay in this quiet country house but with a nice location since it is minutes from the road infrastructure making it easy to travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

We had a great time at Jean Luc's! The house is spacious and very well arranged, we lack nothing. The environment is very pleasant, green and quiet, the children were delighted to find games available. We'll be happy to go back.

This is a beautifully renovated little cottage, done to a high quality. It is extremely comfortable, really well equipped and in a very peaceful setting. It is very close to the canal for those coming by bike as we did, with great bike storage. we would definitely recommend this wonderful place.

A great stay at Romain’s house! The pictures don’t do it justice - the decor is really cool. Sadly too wet to make much use of the lovely terrace. Our son loved the cosy kids room in the attic especially. Handy location close to supermarket and bus stop with frequent buses to the centre. Romain was so friendly and helpful too. Note that the main rooms are upstairs (steep spiral staircase) and bathroom downstairs.
