Vacation rentals with beach access in Channel Islands Harbor

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Place was dry clean and the views were amazing. Very private. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the waves crashing can be a bit much at night.

Everything was perfect about this stay. House was better than described or shown. Much larger than I thought it would be. Perfect for our family as we celebrated my son’s graduation from UCLA. Deck is great. Watched dolphins back and forth all day long. Slept to the ocean waves.

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. A magical stay right on the water! We could not have been happier with this location. The space was extremely clean and comfy and right on the ocean. It is not super private because all units share a courtyard/ocean access, but that didn’t bother us. Toilet was very fancy. You are right on PCH but once you are inside it doesn’t feel that way at all. Communicative hosts. Will be back!

Carinas home was great, modern spacious clean living areas and bedrooms, close to a great coffee shop. Big tv’s in all rooms were a bonus. Would stay again.

We had a nice stay at this well equipped house with extended family and our dog. We appreciated the cleanliness, the many bathrooms, fluffy bath towels, and the short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Annie was very helpful and promptly responded. The house and grounds are well equipped and furnished/decorated in a Ventura theme, with 1940's features that match the home's and neighborhood's age. We'd be happy to stay again on our next trip to visit relatives in town.

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

I had another fantastic stay at Kathy’s Airbnb! The drive along Corall Canyon offers stunning views of the ocean, Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island. Kathy’s home features incredible sunrise views, with gentle morning fog below. The open layout connecting the bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Kathy is a wonderful host, always responsive to my needs. If you’re seeking a serene getaway with gorgeous vistas and a lovely host, I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home, kind and helpful host, and lovely location. The home is so thoughtfully outfitted, from comfortable beds and furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen. Many nice touches included coffee (both ground and beans for those who like to grind their own), tea selections, snacks upon arrival and bedside mints, and a garage full of bikes and beach toys from boogie boards to beach chairs etc. The landscaping in the backyard is a haven for songbirds and also for guests! Sitting out there with a cup of tea or coffee guarantees moments of serenity. Just a short walk to the beach and Pierpont village, and a short drive to downtown Ventura. We can't wait to go back! Lovely house in a great location. The house was very comfortable and we had fun with the foosball table. The location was great as we could walk/cycle to the shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was peaceful.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!
