House renovated in early March 2019, with the wish to make it pleasant and cozy, with living room-lounge on the ground floor. Accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped, stovetop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It is small: 14 m2 . Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the maisonette is ideal. The layout is simple, functional, and warm. Only one person is accepted at this property. Our host needs to wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, the cleaning fee (€25) will be requested if the accommodation is not made clean.
