We had a great time in this cozy, quiet and warm apartment, perfect for a relaxing time in the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean upon arrival, and the apartment is very well equipped: nothing is missing, whether for cooking or resting after a day of hiking. The view of the resort is stunning, a real plus when you wake up! The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: ski lifts, shops, restaurants… We'll be happy to come back!

Excellent accommodation!! All possible and necessary amenities for a vacation are available in the apartment. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, the bedding is nice and the large terrace is very nice, in full sun. The accommodation is ideally located at the foot of the slopes that can be reached by ski. Shuttles are also available about 100 meters away to reach the daycare center and the PiouPiou school. There are also all the shops nearby, and you can walk around the resort faster thanks to the stairs or escalators. Finally, I want to thank Cédric for his proactive communication, instructions and advice. I recommend this listing and the host Cédric 200%!

Great stay at this place in a great location for skiing! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is great, close to slopes and amenities. The owner was very kind and responsive, always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend

We had a great week at Lionel's place. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom with washing machine was very useful. We enjoyed the well looked after private outside garden with lots of seating to choose from, and his friendly cat made it a home away from home for us. The location is very close to the supermarket and a short walk from the restaurants in town. Lionel was very responsive and proactive and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay! The apartment is in a very good location, in the heart of the resort to do everything on foot. The equipment is really complete (dishes, children's equipment, raclette machine etc.) and the fact that it is a duplex gives the impression of space. Thanks to Sebastien and Anthony

Very pleasant and functional accommodation, on the ground floor a few minutes' walk from the excellent bakery. Super clean and everything is there, even coffee and tea for breakfast. Recommended without hesitation.

Marjorie is really great! She hosted us super well, warmly and with great kindness. She answered all of our questions with great responsiveness and did not hesitate to advise us. She thought of everything, nothing was missing! As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt good in the apartment, which is just awesome, with a beautiful view and environment. A little nest in the middle of the mountains. The instructions were sufficient to access the apartment and enjoy the accommodation. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the view with the clouds. it's surely worth the detour! The apartment is well thought out as indicated in the description. It feels good. Bed is comfy 👌

Super nice accommodation, very clean, as advertised. A later checkout option was very kindly granted to us. We'll come back if we have a chance. A little difficulty in noting the closure of the shutters. A little difficult because with very low windows, when you have to lean over to close... not easy...

We had a great week in Orcières and this perfect little apartment contributed greatly to it! A big thank you to Audrey for hosting us! Here are all the points we enjoyed and that made us want to come back: - the location at the foot of the slopes and shops - sheltered private parking space and just one floor below, very convenient for trips to the car during elevator rush hours - the package with final cleaning, linens and towels included - very fast check-in and checkout, orchestrated by the concierge - Audrey's welcome guide with all the useful info for the stay - very comfortable and restorative bed - having 2 large TVs and especially one in front of the bed is the best and rather rare! - quality wifi, that's rare too! - even if we only went once, the pool in the residence is still awesome :) - Laundry - the electric fireplace - Dishwasher - the jetted bathtub

We had a pleasant stay. The description is compliant, no unpleasant surprises. Ideal for a family of 4 with 2 children. Very well arranged, we had enough spaces for everyone, the mountain corner is a small but sufficient room for children it is not sleeping in a hallway. Well-equipped kitchen and necessary for cleaning present. The apartment is conveniently located, ski departure possible even for a family with young children who are starting. The return can also be by ski or by shuttle (be careful even outside the holiday period rotations are restricted). It snowed every day of our stay, it didn't bother us as we enjoyed great snow and powder. We were able to toboggan right in front of the apartment which is very appreciable with the children and make many snowmen. Esf nearby at 1800 or 1600 excluding holidays. We will be back!
