Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

I absolutely loved the apartment! The perfect amount of space for me, and the natural light was lovely. The building was secure, and the neighborhood was walkable and very friendly. The street outside was lively, which I enjoyed, and I often left my windows open to enjoy the buzz of conversation below. Francisco was responsive, helpful, proactive, and an amazing host. I would definitely stay here again!

This is an extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood near universities. The area is very walkable and there is a grocery a half block away. Transportation was easy as well. Loved looking out the balcony windows onto the street - and loved the music coming from the cultural center across the street!

Perfect place to stay if you're wanting to explore the city. Is very central and within walking distance to everything. Great views of the city too

Very clean, plenty of light, space, everything for cooking and resting. The parking lot is close to the apartment and less than 30 minutes to walk to the center. Many shops and cafes, with security. Thank you Javier and Minty Stay!

Cristina is charming and as a super attentive host, she responds super quickly and is willing to help. I have to say, I felt right at home. Everything was super clean and the house is a gem. It's located on a super quiet street, you'll sleep well. In addition, the mattress is more comfortable than that of many hotels. It has a very original decoration style and a great terrace. And as an extra tip: if you want to have breakfast, –although Cristina has a coffee maker– there is a terrace called La Zamorana, 1 minute away where they serve one of the best potato omelet skewers I have ever tasted. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a home away from home, Cristina's house is your home in Madrid.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with my three kids! The apartment looked exactly like the photos clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. The location was perfect…just a short walk to the metro and only 2 minutes from a Día grocery store, which was super convenient. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our time in Madrid. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I visit!

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives it a great tranquility and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outdoor view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to go back. I have no complaints, quite the opposite!

The space was as described and worked well for 2 people. Alvaro let us check in early which was greatly appreciate after a long overnight flight. We found some really good restaurants nearby.
