Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Chamartín

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

We stay in this apartment for 11 days and it seemed like a super apartment/casita. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the services by hand and direct transport to the center and points of interest of Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and they will move for anything you need also always with a smile and heart. Regarding the apartment it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your house. A small but super functional bathroom and a fairly good shower with pressure, good hot water and different water exit modes. It has a very practical patio and very comfortable to enjoy the sun, tend clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, ironing, cleaning, towels and sheets to spare... Spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't get cold or hot thanks to the heating you can manage yourself. We recommend it to 100%

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Beautiful, well appointed apartment in great location of Madrid. Apartment was well-stocked with kitchen utensils to prepare meals if we chose, but also in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Super quiet block. Access to parking garage was a bonus. Pilar was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to any communication. Would definitely recommend.

Very bright and comfortable accommodation. Quiet location with subway stop and supermarket nearby. Liuta was very friendly and helpful with us, we would repeat without hesitation.

As per the photos, the only minor issue was that some of the amenities were not very well maintained but did not affect the use.Clean and cozy, very friendly, smooth communication, able to solve problems quickly ~

We stayed two nights with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and Claudia and Carlos' service was very good. It's close to the airport and a shopping mall that has everything, ideal for a stop in Madrid before traveling.

Everything is fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, good views, very bright and very well located. Parking is available in the same building. They made it easy for us to check in and check out. The hosts have been attentive and have responded to everything immediately. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!!

It was great, exceptional service and very friendly. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, with many shops nearby such as a shopping center, a market, a grocery store... We would definitely repeat!!

The accommodation was pristine... quiet area, had public parking in the area and a bar next door where you can have a great time... in general everything was great... the only downside I see is that you have to take the subway and the nearest entrance was about 15/20 min walk, but otherwise everything was great!

The apartment is very nice, exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed and it was a nice touch that they left us some basic things to prepare our breakfast! The surroundings in some parts were not very nice but it is very well connected by transport! Thank you very much for everything!

We had a lovely stay. Fatima is warm, welcoming, kind and very responsive. She makes you feel at ease right away. Even though she shares her home, the unit is very private and with exclusive access to the upper floor and the attic, which is quite spacious. The furniture and decor invokes an earlier era, a bit dated but in a nice and cosy way. It also goes together well with the assorted and very knick-knacks and books that are there in the unit. The unit is in a quiet neighbourhood yet within a few minutes walk of cafes, restaurants and the subway . Overall, well worth it.

This really was an excellent apartment. The view is amazing and rare in Madrid. Central so you can walk to all the main sites. Really spacious and comfortable. Could not recommend more highly and such good value. Very flexible with checking in and out times as we had large bags which was much appreciated.

We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

Victor’s place is lovely. It is smartly designed and accommodated. He was very helpful in his communication for both checking in and out. It was perfect for a solo traveler seeking a nice quiet neighborhood that’s close to metro and other amenities like grocery and parks.

Patricia answered all our questions almost in real time. The accommodation is nice, the bed comfortable and the shower perfect. The real added value, then, is the area: there are many restaurants and bars, with the subway (Colombia) and bus 5 minutes away. My husband and I had a great time.

Mercedes' apartment is comfortable, more spacious than it looks in the photos and its location allows you to walk to beautiful places such as the Dehesa de la Villa, take the bus (very close) or walk a kilometer and take the Peñagrande subway. There are restaurants nearby such as Casa Mariano and Bars such as Isama. There are two supermarkets a few steps away. But the best part is that in the apartment we found everything and much more to feel at home and Mercedes is a sweetheart!!! He gave us very good recommendations and was attentive to everything. We have been renting on Airbnb for many years in many countries and this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in because of all the details that make the stay enjoyable! Thanks again Mercedes
