House vacation rentals in Chàm Islands

It was a truly unregrettable choice. They were so kind and explained well Everything was perfect, from breakfast to the car. I was a little worried about the old accommodation problem, but With no worries, we loved it. My parents were also very satisfied. It was a happy family trip~~~ I really want to come back again. ^^

Beautiful house, very spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool was a huge plus! The only downside was the water not working inside the bathroom of the rooms, but that was solved quickly once I messaged the host. Place is close to the main ancient town and all those attractions.

We were relaxing with friends. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool was cool, it was cleaned several times during our stay. The host is very responsive, quickly answered all our questions. Garbage was collected every day. There is a great coffee shop near the house where you can drink coffee, and there are also many grocery stores around. The location is convenient, you can quickly get to any part of the city. When we arrived, the host prepared cold water and fruit for us, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this host's villa.

Lily is very kind and very nice , she help us to call the car for one day for every where ,she make our trip be convenient ,thanks lily 👍🏻 Kim son villa is a good place ,you can swim and play football tennis ,that’s very good hahaha

Ahn’s Villa is definitely a BEST stay in our Vietnam Trip!! Ahn and her husband were really helpful and very enthusiastic🩷🩷 ! We felt very welcome and comfortable staying in their place🥰 Lovely pool, and very comfortable bed! Which you won’t feel back pain when you wake up the morning! They even helped us to arranged transports from Ba Na Hills to the villa and transport to Airport.

Wonderful place to stay for the whole family. Close to all the beach activities. We got surfboards in the morning and had a good time. Breakfast and coffee were delicious and very enjoyable with the beach views.

I had a good time. Even though there was construction nearby, it was soundproofed, so it wasn't noisy.

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

First trip to Vietnam with family It was a good memory thanks to the great accommodation

The place is beautiful and clean. About 10mins from the old town and easy to get grab. The nearby houses are still empty however there's a security post right in front so it felt safe. Host is super responsive and made great recommendations

Vu was mint with communicating as we were running a little bit late but he didn’t hesitate to let me know it was a problem. The fridge was stocked up with water, coke and some beers!! Everything that was listed was correct. However I believe a little air con in the living room/ kitchen wouldn’t go amiss in these summer times. This does not take away how nice and comfortable the place was!! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Vu🤝🤝

Authentic house near the beach with beautiful garden.

The rooms were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was a life-saver! Great little pool and a nice outdoor eating space next to the closed kitchen. Close by to the beach, a nice restaurant right next door and a really well located spot. However, the 1st night we were there co-insided with a funeral and we did not sleep a wink as the music was so loud from 18h00 through to 05h30 the following morning. We almost moved out because of that but the host assured us the funeral was over (as sometimes they can go on for 3 days).. The first two hours was quaint and quite good fun, but past midnight it became a real problem, especially with a young child. Apparently, no such thing as noise pollution laws, so watch out for noisy funerals! Apart from that, the final two nights were very peaceful and we were well rested.

The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from a stunning beach. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. When one of our friends lost their passport, she went out of her way to assist us in filing a police report. The police wouldn’t speak with us without a translator, and she stepped in to make sure everything was handled smoothly.

I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and facilities of the accommodation. It's nice to be able to buy all the necessary items comfortably at the big mart right in front of you.

This was one of the best accommodations we had during our trip to Vietnam, and likely one of the best you'll find on Cham Island. The decor and atmosphere were fantastic, creating a very comfortable space. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It's just a 10-minute walk from the port, and the beach is within walking distance as well. Communication with the host was excellent—he helped us arrange a driver to explore the island and also assisted with renting a motorbike. Additionally, the fridge was stocked with beers, wine, and other drinks available for purchase, which you can pay for at checkout.

WOW!!! Amazing, tranquil and a beautiful place to stay in Hoi An. So close to surrounding destinations. We can't wait to return. Thankyou so much 💓

The whole family had a luxurious stay at an affordable price~ The condition of the accommodation was really good Dyson dryer is the best of the best +_+ Thanks to the large swimming pool, I had fun without even knowing the hardships! They rented out water play equipment, so I was able to reduce the luggage~ I want to use it again if I come back.

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ I was able to communicate with the owner smoothly, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during my trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the 2 marts right in front, the record store, Kong Cafe, and the Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was also close, so we could play in the water, and the pool at the property was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you are worried about a large family accommodation, I recommend it ~ ^^

95% satisfaction I have a personal car, but I am very satisfied with the facilities such as kitchen facilities, air conditioning, number of rooms, toilet, and Wi-Fi.

I was also a little hesitant because there weren't many reviews, but there was something similar in the review, so I booked it. I was worried that it would be different from the photos as the trip approached, but it was nice that it wasn't different from the photos. I liked that there were 4 rooms, each room had a bathroom, and there were many additional toilets on the first floor. It's nice to have a double size bed in each room. There is no smell of food inside, and it is clean. I would recommend it to people around me who are planning a trip.
