Villa Zoi is new (COMPLETED JUNE 2011) and it is set in a key unspoiled location of Kefalonia at the edge of Grizata village,only 3 km away from Sami small town and port(where you can find supermarkets,nice taverns and restaurants,cafe,bars,baceries etc) , has unique style and quality, has superb panoramic views of the country side.There is a also a brand new private swimming pool 9,40 m long x 4,20 width.
