As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν απίστευτα φιλική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με κάθε απορία. Ήταν μια από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες Airbnb που είχα ποτέ και θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε επισκέπτεται την περιοχή. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω!

Πρόκειται για το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχω διαμείνει στην Αθήνα. Ένα καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με τη στάση του μετρό Χαλάνδρι 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι αποπνέει οικογενειακή φροντίδα και μεράκι. Ο οικοδεσπότης Παύλος φροντίζει για κάθε λεπτομέρεια της διαμονής. Δεν χρειάστηκε να κάνω απολύτως τίποτα, όλα τα είχε τακτοποιήσει ο Παύλος πριν χρειαστεί να ζητήσω κάτι. Το σπίτι προσφέρει οτιδήποτε μπορεί να φανταστεί κάποιος, πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας μαζί με αναλώσιμα. Αυτό που μας έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση ήταν η αίσθηση φιλοξενίας και φροντίδας. Όταν μπήκαμε στο σπίτι μας περίμεναν απίστευτες λιχουδιές σχεδόν σε κάθε δωμάτιο...καραμέλες, νερά, χυμοί, αναψυκτικά, μπύρες, σοκολάτες, κρουασάν, ξηροί καρποί, μαρμελάδες, βουτυράκια κλπ...με απλά λόγια σου εξασφαλίζει ένα πρόχειρο σνακ για κάθε ημέρα παραμονής! Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες μοσχοβολούσαν και η τακτοποίηση θύμιζε...μαμά! Η καλύτερη επιλογή για διαμονή!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Ο Ανδρέας ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός και ανταποκρίθηκε όποτε τον χρειάστηκαν. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά , με όμορφο κήπο και άνετο πάρκινγκ. Στη γύρω περιοχή υπήρχαν αρκετές επιλογές για καφέ και ποτό όπως μασ συμβούλεψε και ο Ανδρέας. Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.

Πεντακαθαρος χώρος !! Άψογη επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Πολύ προσεγμένο διαμέρισμα ιδανικό για δύο άτοτα αλλά και περισσότερα ισως . Ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε όλα τα δωμάτια του σπιτιού . Ακόμα και οι βεράντες ήταν ευρύχωρες. Σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή δίπλα στο μετρό Χολαργου! Το προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια !!

Excellents échanges avec Stratos. Accueil très chaleureux ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce beau petit studio, avec une belle salle de bain ! Le balcon est très appréciable baigné des odeurs agréables de citronniers, orangers, arbustes et fleurs. De plus, Dora nous a offert le café, la confiture, des fruits, de l'eau et pleins de friandises. Studio très proche de l'aéroport. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Nous remercions infiniment Dora et Stratos.

Η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και ξεκάθαρη, κάτι που με έκανε να νιώσω ασφάλεια και άνεση. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, προσεγμένο και όπως ακριβώς φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
