You have a closed and private plot of 300 m2, You access it through an independent entrance. Private parking space Village center 500 m away. Hikes: Le Semnoz, departure 100 m from the cottage. Lake Annecy and its old town are 15 km away, Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bouget are 20 km away. Nearby, summer offers many opportunities for activities.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Nice quiet and comfortable apartment on the first floor of my house in the heart of the countryside, it is conveniently located near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, between lakes and mountains. 30 min drive to the "Revard" and "Semnoz" resorts, two small ski resorts for family skiing. Dear professionals, in order to avoid any inconvenience on your arrival, please check that the beds match your needs and clearly state the number of travelers when booking.

Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
