We booked this place with friends for a long weekend and we just loved this house! It is perfectly equipped, with a huge garden and above all a magnificent swimming pool. This house is perfect for 8 people with the possibility of each having a large bedroom and several toilets and bathrooms to share. And communication with Florence was extremely fluid and simple. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice house , tastefully decorated. I have rented many houses before but I have never had the opportunity to have such a clean and complete rental house with everything you could possibly need. It feels like home. I would highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Cycling the Nivernais in 35*C flexibility in arrival times, the cool relaxing atmosphere, we really could not have spent the night in a more welcoming, genuine provincial country home. The grandeur of its history seeps from every stone.

We can say that this cottage is a prestigious cottage, very clean, bright, furniture and appliances of very good quality, with a large wooded plot and a beautiful equipped terrace. We were delighted to spend 15 days at Anthony's, a house very close to local shops and the city of Auxerre. A small note, for us northerners, we were missing coffee cups or mugs. A big thank you for this stay that we will repeat if health allows. F.H.

Very nice and bright accommodation. There are all the necessary amenities for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and a 15-minute walk from the center of Auxerre. You can do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. We had a great weekend at Lisa's place (two families of 4). The house has been renovated with great taste and is both very functional. The interior is convenient and beautiful and very clean. Everything is designed to make parents rest and have fun! The garden is much bigger than in the listing pictures. It's really nice. The red beech offers beautiful shade for lunches in the shade and there is also everything you need for sunbathing! Kids loved the games (board and outdoor) and comics available to them. The view of the Morvandella hills is amazing. The environment is extremely peaceful and refreshing. The house in the nearby Park is also a great place to go for a walk and eat right next door! We can only recommend this house! One of the most beautiful AirB'B we've stayed in. Go ahead!
